| I keep reading how people are saying Ashito is in the wrong and Asari is correct here for saying that not all plays should end up with him scoring. I'm the exact opposite and side with Ashito here and I'll tell you why. As he states, he's a forward and why should every play not end with him putting it into the back of the net? Essentially there are many variations of forwards in the sport. Target Forward, Advanced Forward, Complete Forward, Pressing Forward, Trequartista, Deep Lying Forward, False Nine and Poacher. What you're looking at is all of these variations which have the forward be the "focal point" of the attack and to be set up to score. Some rely more on a forward's technical ability and some on more physical abilities (i.e. Target Forward). The only two that are more relying on actually "creating" rather than scoring all the time, is either a False Nine or Advanced Forward that comes to mind. But Ashito is clearly neither of those. As of right now, the closest variation of a forward he comes to is a mixture of Poacher and Trequartista, which is essentially looking to drop into "holes" of the midfield/defense of the opposition team, dribbling more or drifting around the pitch to look for space when the team is not in possession. Not to mention, being not involved in ANY defending duties whatsoever. But I do understand that it is just to move the plot and character development, so perhaps none of this even really applies. This is just my take on it ^^ |

| Togashi literally looks like a cliche 'hot anime guy' with his hair down. He kinda looks like that character called Sebastian or smth. Hana once again proving why she's the best girl of the show. She doesn't really have any competition to be honest lol Lol Ohtomo getting jealous of Aoi. This was a pretty chill episode and more geared towards Aoi x Hana tbh. Damn, the promoted players and the tryout players are NOT getting along well at all. They need to work on that first rather than discussing their game plan and plays they made. But I do agree with Asari on the fact that Aoi wants to score himself all the time. I agree with his forward mentality but passing it off to someone else who has a better chance at scoring should also be included in the strategy. Honestly, Yuma is the most chill and mature character from the B team as of now. Everyone else has some kinda issue that hinders the game to some extent. League Match in the next episode?? |

Ok i get the point Asari is trying to make. The thing is if Aoi is playing as a pure 9 the only thing he should be worried about is scoring. The striker never gets involved with passing. The striker usually just stays in between both defenders waiting for a chance. Take benzema for example. Sure, he occasionally drops into the midfield to create chances but he is always positioned right behind the cbs waiting for the ball to get to him. Sorry for talking about actual football I know its just an anime but i had to say it. To be fair all of Aois situations seemed like the actual best ways to kick at goal. |
| thought it was interesting to see Nozomi anxious about Ashito, we've only seen him as this cold, stern coach but he really does want to help him and is being strict in order to push Ashito. Seeing him fumble his fingers whilst talking to Fukuda made me see a new side to him that I wasn't expecting yet. Seeing Ashito mentioning every idea he had with him being the only one scoring was a little hard to watch, I don't think there's anything wrong with him wanting to be the one to score but he's not thinking at all about other options where he doesn't score, there might have been easier or more certain plays that would have gotten them the goal but because he seems to narrowly aim to be the scorer he's closing the potential number of options he could play. Lol Ohtomo in the class was so weird, like he was acting like a low-level villain or something with the way he was teasing Ashito, the way his tongue looked and moved about lol. |

To be fair all of Aois situations seemed like the actual best ways to kick at goal. no one is telling him to drop to mid. and benzama doesn't hog the ball whole game and just lose it every time. he'll pass the ball to someone else if he sees that someone else is in a clear positon to score a goal. that how FOOTBALL (a team game) works. don't even dare make players like benzama as a selfish self centered dumbass like aoi. benzama has the 2nd highest (only 1 lower) assist in la liga this season. he doesn't always takes risks to score a goal himself. he know's when to pass to who. don't talk about something u don't know about. also there were 22 players on that team. it's true that a number 9 should always be focused on scoring goals but that doesn't mean you don't pass to teammates when u see them open or don't think about doing combos or teamplays. THE MAIN GOAL IS TO WIN THE GAME. not to only score. |

| I swear there's nothing more embarrassing than watching stupid characters talking things out between them, and those last few minutes just made me feel that way from head to toe. God please stop with this drama. |

| Aoi better march his ass over to Hana next episode and get down on all fours to beg for forgiveness or so help me god I will reach through my computer screen and personally slap the shit out of him. For real though I get it. Aoi isn't a bad guy. He's just not very smart and his inability to see beyond himself must really be frustrating not just for others but also for himself. I hope he figures it out soon. It's a bummer watching him lash out. Also hats off to Ohtomo. Blondie was way out of line. Everyone has fought hard to get to where they are and he has no right to resent his new teammates for that. You people are supposed to be a team damn it, stop trying to pick a fight with each other all the time! |

| The blonde guy had zero right to complain about Aoi stealing his previous teammates' spot. First of all, he didn’t steal it. He earned it because he was better and more capable than those teammates who didn’t get to be part of the team. Simple as that. The blonde guy is just a bitter dude. He won’t work well in a team with his awful attitude. And I’m sorry but I hate it when they add romance to this type of anime 💀it’s so distracting |
