The television anime adapting Satoshi Mizukami's adventure comedy manga will begin airing on July 9 at 1:55 a.m. on MBS and TBS' Animeism programming block, followed by BS11, AT-X, and Tochigi TV.Staff Character Design: Gen Hatakeyama (Kono Healer, Mendokusai chief animation director) Art Director: Minoru Ookouchi (Tantei wa Mou, Shindeiru.) The way they have it, she isn't even reaching the golem, while the manga obviously implies that the foot IS the beam of light. Just doesn't fit. |

If they make the anime now after 10 years the manga ended they better be making it good because the manga is already perfect. Why give us an inferior product? |

And remember studio NAZ has done some a very good work in ID invaded and even hajimete no gal was good(sakuga wise) and this time we have one more co production studio jumondo so who knows next pv might be good and clears all of our doubts. Till then praying for a good adaptation, ngl kinda excited fir this anime.. well of course, I am waiting for the full trailer but as unpopular as this manga is, they should have done a better job at marketing |

Fuck panty shots, these tropes should be abolished. well, I'll go full elitist on this one, panty shots aren't the problem, the problem is that Samidare was coming there from school, that's her uniform (she wears shorts when she trains of course), this pv showed her dressed differently, no big deal but to be fair, her uniform is almost like the staple of the manga, they could have easily drawn her in her uniform and avoid a panty shot |

| Mizukami deserves better than this man. I somehow missed the anime announcement earlier this year even though this is one of my favorite manga. So I was shocked and super excited when I saw this on Twitter. Then I actually watched it and my disappointment is immeasurable. |

| Well, no need to repeat what everyone is saying, this doesn't look very good. But I'm still watching, no matter how badly it turns out. I would like to make a positive note on the casting, Naomi Oozora really sounds great, and I would bear the static style if the seiyuu give this some life. |
