| Dude, Idaten-tachi under Yssley command failed miserably, torn apart, when he clashed with Miku's cunning way of thinking. By using lots of mechanical bodies of Miku, Prontea and ofc for Yssley too, successfully deceived. Demon Lord insinuated the headquarter separated Piscalat into that hot situations, and yeah, they captured poor Yssley. Paula also being targeted, while Cory even after being liberated, he still thinking about Paula. Maybe after squeeze Paula's boob, Cory-kun couldn't forget the feels. Oh yeah. In the end, this is an interesting show. A very engaging story with a good way of foreshadowing. Mappa succeeded to censor the brute part with such an aesthetics way. This is not just a simple battle action. Then maybe some elites will say; its suck, why need to censor, madafaka. Whats so different about this and goh? Etc. My friend (simply being polite), you shall see the mirror and ask to yourself about that all amusing nonsense blabbing. For me, i simplified all shit into 8. That's it all. |

| Had the feeling it would end on a nasty cliffhanger after checking out the state of the source. But sheesh, this is wild. Welp, was an enjoyable ride till here. Colorful like a Trigger series with DBZ esque fights and edge like Killing Bites. 7/10 |

| Wait what the fuck I thought this was the penultimate episode, no way they end it there. There HAS to be a season 2. We had an empire strikes back moment here. I was not expecting Piscalat’s non brainwashed side to hate Ysley as much as she did still. I thought maybe there would have been some personality blending. It was really hard to see Ysley and Paula so powerless like that :/ I feel like Cory did something at the end to help them get out though. This show was so much fun I’m really gonna miss it. Would have been a 10 if there was a second season but if the story Legit ends there, it’s an 8 |

| didnt realize this is the last episode, it was a pretty fucked up episdode or series i guess. call me a pussy or coward but this episode is way over the border. whoever made this story, for me personally, i think he/she has a mental issue either right now or in the past. for me this episode is way more disturbing to watch than chelsea got her head cut off in akame ga kill, or ains torturing someone in overlord. it's a good series. it has it's own originality, i love how they started the series, but each episode, it gave me anxiety. if you like this kind of shit, damn then, good to you. but i will never rewatch this. so to close it, there is only one thing i can say after watching this very last episode That was hard to watch maybe i should not empathize the idaten too much from the beginning Edit: and i feel sick after watching this episode. |

| I am genuinely surprised this ended up being my favorite show this season. It's over the top, really fun and an insanely clever and self aware show. It takes what should be an overdone premise at this point, adds sprinkles of originality here and there, adds some dark/crude humor and made for a really engaging show which was totally up my alley. It also has a really solid cast of characters despite only being 11 episode long. The deadpan OP Rin, the sardonically clever Ysley, even Hayato who is the typical loud brash shounen archetype was pretty likeable. The demons also had some great characters in Piscalat and Brandy. The standout character has to be Miku though. Honest to god I wasn't expecting anything from her character outside of fanservice so her turning to be main antagonist was really interesting turn. She basically masterminded the demon's survival. It such a weird thing to see this down bad, sexy anime chick just completely own everyone else by thinking ahead. I'm going to genuinely miss this show. From what I read it might be a while before the web manga finishes, the anime apprently already bypassed the serialized manga version. Whenever it does finish I hope MAPPA adapts the rest, hopefully by then they don't have 20 projects at once. Great series directorial debut by Seimei Kidokoro, big fan now 8/10. |

| Well well, everything went according Keikaku. Miku seriously planned everything and managed to capture Yslvey and undone the brainwash from most of the demons that were captured by the Idatens. The Demon Lord followed her orders and managed to retake everything. The rest of the idatens are casually training while Paula and Ysvley are getting tortured to death. Seems like the season ended on a hug cliffhanger. Cory's personality has not changed even after getting his brain back. He'll be an important factor for the rescue mission. But, a season 2 will probably be anime original cause the manga has been on hiatus for ages. It was a pretty funny and enjoyable anime. I serously loved the action scenes which were just amazing. Thanks to animators from MAPPA and the character designs/coloring were just beautiful. Both the OP and ED were both bangers and the animation from those were stoned as hell. 8/10 |

| Opening foreshadowed what would happen to Ysley and Paula. :f This bodies falling apart weren't just animators flexing at us. Author weren't too subtle to also foreshadow, that Piscalat developed a crush on Ysley and Cory on Paula. Guess we can expect them switching sides in potential 2nd season. Especially since they weren't mistreated by Idaten or humans. |

| I hate that this series had to end on a cliffhanger, but this is as far the anime will take us. In the end the Demons were cunning enough to turn the table on the Idaten which resulted in the capture of Ysley and Paula. They were able to undo the brainwashing on Corey and Piscalat, but it seems that Corey has feelings for Paula dispite not being brainwashed anymore. Idaten was a fun ride that I never wanted to get off, but it was fun while it lasted. I do find it strange that MAPPA took a chance and adapted a series with a source material that's been on hiatus since 2016 unless Amahara is planning on writing more material for it sooner rather than later especially with the way the anime has ended. I give it a 8/10. |

| This is the ending is just a "buy the manga for the rest," which makes especially no sense because the source material was abandoned five years ago and there is no rest that exists. We simply stop at what is the beginning of another arc, Rin having snapped out of her funk for no real reason and the protagonists captured and a bit eviscerated, though honestly not that much worse than they usually are. I can't imagine anybody would be happy with an 'ending' like this, creators or audience. Anyway, it was a fairly interesting setting in that it was a fight between two factions of amoral supernatural cabals with solid animation and good use of colors, and even with the constant infodumps, the story still cruised along at a good clip, but it needed to be a lot more character driven and actually have some kind of conclusion, not simply run out of episodes part way and call it quits. |

| That was an awesome final episode, it actually made me raise my score to a 9, it was really cool seeing how Miku’s plan came together, and how the demons made a comeback in general. I’m also glad the brainwashing could be undone because that was a thing I was kinda iffy on earlier this season, so glad to see evil Piscalat back, also loved that shower scene lol I’m once again at a loss for words when it comes to writing a final review lol, I just really liked this one. It was a breath of fresh air, super fun all the way through. I would love a 2nd season, but apparently this show went a bit beyond the manga so idk what the wait is looking like for that, but I really loved this show and hope to see it continue in the future. My best girl was Piscalat, can’t change my mind, and both the OP and ED were among the bests this season. |

| Aww man that cliffhanger has to be one of the best ones I've ever seen, especially since it was getting good. I'm actually surprised that the anime surpassed the manga, but we'll still have to wait for the manga to be translated from the web comic or get a 2nd season, whichever comes first. But seriously, that was some ending that I wasn't expecting, and now I'm aching to see what happens next. I don't think I'll get that cliffhanger out of my head for a long time, especially since there's so many interpretations and theories of what could happen, but I'll be patiently waiting for that day to come. |

| Had a lot of fun watching this. The messed up vibe of gave me the same feeling as picking all the evil options in an RPG. Also, it was refreshing to have something different instead of another cookie cutter romance or a stale cookie cutter isekai anime. |

| Waste of time. By the end of it, i am disgusted to the core. Even though it had unique animation, good fight scenes and decent worldbuilding. But story was full of cheap fan service for edge lords . Full of stylized porn, pedophelia, grooming, incest, rape, gore etc. Womens are treated as reproductive machine and even babies are defiled for entertainment. When the rape victim girl was portrayed as horny dog....i should have realised this is upto no good. Literally no single character is worth remembering, all of them basically as good as a object to satisfy audience thirst. (Only ones who even almost reached to be a half decent character was the probably the emperor or empress. Though thats probably because they didnt have enough screen time to provide enough service) Overall, no wonder this piece of trash came from Interspecies Reviewers mangaka, (he probably even outdid himself in terms of degeneracy with this) only saving grace of this anime was peachboy/kobayashi mangaka art and mappa animation. |

I think the first episodes were pretty interesting when the anime was packed with action, then the rest was just bad. Later we didn't had that much action, if almost nothing, then the anime simply didn't had anything to rely on. I'm actually surprised that many people didn't noticed how less engaging the anime becomes after the episode 6~7. |
