I couldn’t tell you honestly. I’m anime only but otherwise it’s really good. I suggest it entirely.

i didn't read the novel, but i can tell you this is gonna be a hit or miss, for me it was a damn good hit even tho i reconize its flaws and plot holes

hope you have a good time with it :)

Can't speak for the manga or novel. If you go into the anime thinking it's a comedy, then you'll have a good time.

Watch it . You can't enjoy without watching this . dunno about manga , but anime is pretty good !

There’s a few differences in the manga that I won’t mention for sake or spoilers, so I think you should read the manga and watch the anime. There’s a very big difference in the manga about an important scene, but that’s about as much as I’m giving away. — also note, if you’re not very big on animated deaths / gore, you probably shouldn’t bother with the series. Though it’s not always there, it’s still present.

I have to say, if you think you can take gore, you are all good. Otherwise than that it is more all just Mystery. I think there are many other anime that would be inappropriate to watch than Another.

U should watch the anime first then read light novel but manga isn't that good so I won't recomend that to you

Manga had a more serious tone, compared to the anime. And some scenes in the last part are different.

About the LN, I haven't read if yet. But I guess it's close to the manga.

I Personally found the anime very good so i recommend it mostly because of the sound that in my opinion gave the series more suspense or something
