| Woah. A lot of crazy shit went down this episode, so I'm just going to briefly discuss the main topic - the Zeke spine fluid liquid. I've always been theorising about the Beast titan, and what his power truly was. Now it has been revealed that it wasn't his power to control titans, but he had managed to conduct a potion to control Eldians using his spine fluids. This explains how he was able to control titans around that small village back in Season 2, to attack Wall Maria. |

| Watching this episode again, with subs this time, confirms my earlier theory : this was a banging episode. The Gabi/Kaya/Blouse revelation was superbly done. MAPPA really are nailing the important dialogue-heavy revelation episodes. The Levi flashback was amazing, and the next episode is going to be mind blowing if it's done correctly by MAPPA. If people can simp for Mikasa and make her one of the most popular anime character out there even though she's the most 2D character of AOT, then Floch can have fans too. |

| A really nice setup for next episode, glad that last episode was over. I hope next episode can be done as well as episode 7 (or at least up till ep 5’s standard), it’s another very important episode for season 4 part 1. |

| Damn those last few minutes were awesome. I love how Eren just casually strolls in like it's nothing. Him and his new crew look completely in control and they won't let themselves be taken for chumps. Also the tables have completely turned since Hange was talking down to Floch a few episodes ago. Gotta love it. Excited for Eren to finally get to talk to Mikasa and Armin next week. Should be fun. Overall a pretty great episode, it's just getting really annoying how people are STILL treating Gabi like some innocent child who just spilled some milk and needs a hug when she killed 2 of their fucking guys. Then another one after they locked her up. Who cares about avenging Sasha, Gabi is a fucking nuisance and dangerous to keep around. I wish somebody would bring that obvious point up instead of all the "good guys" coddling her and everyone else trying to kill her in bursts of emotion treated as irrational. |

Tears just fell out of my eyes during that restaurant scene. It was too much. Too much. Sasha’s father is the only GOOD DAD IN AOT—the others were shite. Must protec him. I didn't miss anything. Marley killed Eldians for something a limited number of people did, Eren is killing Marleyans (and Eldians too lol) for the same reason. How is that not similar? |

| Shivers through whole episode. Amazing. Was expecting warriors attack this epp, not dissapointed though. Maybe Gabi will start making sense now. Floch is beast, such a character change, I love it. |

| Next episode is called Savagery hah. Table scene has potential to be best episode yet. Gabi’s first time at the big kids table. Floch has gotten kinda worse. He is absolutely crazy for taking the scouts and forcing them to help him. The Yeagerists are not giving me a good impression. That aside Niccolo did save Jean and Connie but he should’ve hurt Gabi instead of poor Falco. Kaya please stab her already. |

It was established that Jean and Connie only had Sasha left, and they just sit back as her killer berates them. The reasoning for the father not killing her would have made sense if this wasnt some kid you picked up a couple days ago and valuing them over your daughter. At least that yeagerist part was cool |

| Good episode. VAs did a great job, but I have to agree that the OSTs are lacking compared to previous seasons. Depending on the animation of the next episode I may make the decision of whether to give this season a 8/10 or 9/10. |
