| What an intense episode! Subaru was so dedicated to save everyone. To think that it was that puppy all along. I had some suspicions, but I couldn't be 100% sure about the bald puppy as somebody that dangerous. Rem's fighting skills were awesome. The moment in which she showed her horn was epic as well. If not Subaru's intervention, Rem in oni form could've easily destroy all enemies. I hope Subaru won't die. I don't want to see another reset to the very the the same morning, lol. |

| Subaru sharing his Radio Calisthenics with the Village. Ram-chi and Rem-rin! It's fun to see Subaru playing with the Village kids. "I'm counting on you, too, Subaru-kun." What a creep. There's also a detail cut from the anime, which adds foreshadowing for Season 2. "You don't seem to be afraid of dying at all." Interesting observation Beatrice... It shows that Subaru is not all that worried since he thinks he can just reset, which is a bad mentality imo. "But after this, I'll have nothing more to do with you again." Stop being such a tsundere Beako. We know you'll help him again. Subaru's relationship with Rem and Ram is significantly better in this loop than before, and Emilia's lap pillow must have influenced that a bit, exposing Subaru's humanity and his own flaws, making Rem less suspicious of him, still suspicious tho. The kids have gone missing, now this is a disaster. We learn of the existence of Mabeasts, which are beasts made by the Witch. Of course, we learn in S2 that Daphne created the Mabeasts. The story is really good that I am invested and care for a bunch of random kids living in a village, they each have their own, albeit childish motivations. All kids were namedropped except for the Blue haired one. "I keep my promises, and I make sure others keep theirs." Hmmm, is that so Subaru? Is that really so? Seriously, where does Rem keep her morningstar?!?! Pinky promise with Subaru and Rem! Rewatching S1 made me like Rem more tbh. Rem has arrived for the save! and damn is she strong with that morningstar! Oni form Rem time! That ending tho! Shine naide, shine naide, shine naide, shine naida! |

| great episode, Subaru and Rem have bonded with each other. Seeing Subaru wishing for the children to have a great future was so nice, and it shows how much he cares about wanting to protect people. He is a great character. I had a feeling that puppy had to do with Subaru's curse. crazy end to the episode, it had some great action throughout |
| damn... rem was really going off there. i don't even think it was necessary for subaru to do that at the end because it looked like she had it all handled by herself |
| The kids calling Ram and Rem as Ram-chi and Rem-rin was kinda funny. So it was none other then the little puppy who was responsible for everything Subaru went through. They managed to save the kids. And Rem's new form was kinda cool. But it looks like Subaru got hurt pretty bad. Will he make it out alive? Off I go to the next episode. |

| Not sure why Subaru keeps jumping into these combat situations when he's clearly overmatched. Rem seemed to be doing just fine there. |

| I'd hate to see another reset after this. All that work would've gone to waste. Hopefully Rem can keep Subaru alive long enough for Beatrice to come and properly heal him or something. I'm guessing the dog got his brain messed with or something to act as a puppet to spread the curse. That's why it has the bald spot. |
