Sword Art Online (light novel)
| Sao 3 has nobody speaking on it as I've seen. Is it as hated as other seasons or is it loved, is it seen as a redeeming season or has this series just died? |

| would have been better as a seperate story from sao . but reki doesnt sell anything unless sao is on the cover. improved his writing in some aspects. fucked over some other. the anime litterally forgets to explain kiritos new imagination power. wich makes it look more stupid then it already is. how do you forget that ?? 4/10 over all . i think its enjoyable but not good also had some really terrible fanservice . leafa letting herself get tentacled for no reason with a bullshit excuse just to one shot that thing as soon as the fanservice scene is over. so stupid |
| There are maybe two moments I don't like but I think it's the strongest season, personally. From what I've seen on MAL, it was better received than the other two seasons. |

| Sequels have less hate because they get given up for good if the first season was bad. It's obvious. If someone disliked the first season or even dropped it, why in the hell would they want to watch the 3rd? |

| I think most people besides the SAO fanbase have moved on, though I still see a handful of "SAO is worse than Hitler" posters here and there. Personally, I lost interest in the series after three seasons that ended up underwhelming me each in their own way, the last part of the third season is there but I just can't be bothered to continue with it, might as well just watch the Progressive anime when it comes out since I liked the manga at least. |

| Definitely not an SAO fanboy because I thought SAO and SAO II were flat trash, but Alicization is definitely a step up. It's actually a pretty big improvement imo but for most people who hate the guts of SAO, it should still not be AS BAD |

| I can only speak for myself, I like the setting and the simple plot, but I am impressed by the fight scenes, they hype the integrity knights so much yet they're very easy to beat. I dislike the character designs, only alice looks ok, the rest is sub par (per my taste of course). It's a bit better than SAO2 but Aincrad is still my favorite |

| Hi again DBZ, it’s mostly that it’s faded into irrelevancy, it’s got 4 season now, not 3 (because Alicization and War of the Underworld are separate seasons). The plot is dragged to such absurdity that it’s pointless to hate on it because they just keep pumping more and more seasons that only the fans (idk how the show has fans) are excitedly watching it. For everyone else, it’s a long dead argument about “SAO being good”, nobody cares enough to watch it hoping to see some improvement in quality (there isn’t any) Simply said, only the fans watch it and they don’t talk much about it so it’s pretty irrelevant for everybody else (outside meme community because that shit can be milked for memes) |

| SAO 3 was a great season for me. Expect for Sword Art Online: Alicization – War of Underworld 2nd season, that kind of was a downfall. It had too many cringed moments compared to few great moment. As long as animation quality is good ( from what I saw SAO 3 had better animation), I don't think people would have much hate (other than usual SAO hate). |

| Well I think it'd still be rather popular, like maybe the hate will make it even more popular. One thing for sure now is I probably won't bother follow the story of later SAO seasons from now on. I gave it 47 episodes of chance, and I got a stinky pile of trash. Cute boy Eugeo is gone forever anyway so no eye candy of some BL element anymore, so what's left is another awful story /characters/ villians. |

| SAO lost its relevancy from the moment that Kuradeel died. If only Kirito would not have plot armor, Kuradeel would've replaced him as the protagonist and the anime could have been amazing. |

Without spoilers its war of course your friends are present like other anime. |

| I'm really not a fan of SAO, but what I'm sure is that it has 100 times better characters than Death Parade. At least SAO's characters aren't completely dumb or autistic and they have believable reactions. |

I've seen mostly love for JJK lol, I could see why the elitists hate it though. I thought they'd do more with the main character, but that's neither here nor there. Not gonna start a JJK argument on an SAO thread |
| Alicization was the best part of Sword art Online. May have some spoilers ahead, so read at your own risk. -Best girl here -Best fights here -Good emotional scenes here -Huge world building here -Actually enjoyable side cast But was destroyed by: -Quinella's naked body -Rape scenes -Rape scenes -Dumbest deus ex machina ever -TURN ME INTO A SWORD! -"Wtf those characters weren't dead in previous seasons?" -Harem -Lack of character development Though the real best part was War of Underworld S1 since Kirito isn't there to say a thing & it's a war scenario with good animation. Still, we have a lot of meme scenes like or Let's agree, Alicization premise is great. What fucks up everything are the characters (our previous main cast, not those new) & how things were developed. Is common knowledge that author had a big improvement in his writing here. I don't think SAO III is hated. It is just people who have a wrong view for the series since they think SAO will never be a good anime. I don't blame them, after all, SAO II is a huge mess. Hope Progressive movie will be interesting; Aincrad was a good trip. |
