Nanao will come back after somehow being rescued by a passing ship, he was able to go back to civilization on to find out the truth about them Talented.

Nanao will come back and he'll personally kill Nana.

Nanao will come back and kill Nana and after which he'll organize a resistance made up of what's left of the talented

Nanao is alive just hiding some around the island.

Nanao is alive just locked up in some lab.

Nanao is actually dead, plain and simple.

Ok, so some reason Nanao Nakajima is tagged as the MC and not as a support, is he still alive if yes then what's he up to while away from the island, if not...then where is the body ..eaten by the sharks LOL?
