| Kino no Tabi & Oregairo's Hachiman have both interesting and thought-provoking quotes. (Kino is more centered around a transcient, imperfect perceived beauty, therefore has more of artful, contemplative quotes. Hachiman is centered around introspection, self-image, social interations, depression, harsh reality and a bit of nihilism, so it has pessimistic but kinda realistic inner-directed & subjective quotes. Ergo Proxy comes to mind too, it has intruiging philosophical references & quotes.(mostly exentialist ones, based on J.P Sartre's doctrine, a bit of A. Camus's absurdism and a lil bit of greek mythology e.g: Icarus's story) Watch all three! They are worth it <3 |

Even after watching all of Fate, it took me a while to figure out what he was saying here. It's because he has the ability to regenerate his wounds and injuries. So he's pointing out what while he won't necessarily worry about being killed by their enemies, other people might still get caught in the crossfire of the war and end up dead because of his failure to act.
