I just want some fucked up psychological manga or anime, I've seen the typical elfen lied, corpse party, higurashi and a few more, I just want some more uwu.

Gantz - Contains matured-related stuffs, if you're a fan of gore then maybe you'll like this anime.
Berserk - Not that gory but maybe you'll love this one. It has a great manga too!
Gyo - Has a bad plot, but if you're looking only for gore, then give this one a try.
Hellsing & Hellsing Ultimate - The first one doesn't stand a chance to second one. You could watch any of them first, but I'll recommend you watching Hellsing Ultimate and don't mind the first one. It has gore plus Alucard is a battle machine.
Monster - Not that gory but a psychological anime.

If you want good gore/psychological I would go for the manga, it got really toned down in the anime, but jesus christ does this story fuck you up.
The shit the characters do in this manga is insane, and Satou is the definition of plot armour... And hes the villain lmfao.

If you have taste for shounen-like battle scenes maybe you could handle Hellsing Ultimate. But the first Hellsing wasn't something like that. Hellsing Ultimate is 50+ minutes per episode. For me I suddenly get bored after watching first 4 episodes. Anyways, I just recommended it since it has gores.

I personally really liked this one, but i can't say whether you will like this or not as everyones taste in anime is different. Only way to tell is by actually trying it.

Happy Sugar Life is tricky though, it's built up in a way to make itself look like any other normal anime, while in fact it's really dark and messed up with a main character that's mentally ill. That's all i can say really without spoiling any of it.
