| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Awesome episode. Lots of tension, drama and action. I loved the shot of Blue putting a gun to his head. If the series keeps this quality up I'll give it a 10. The only flaw for me so far is that annoying as hell mystery girl, but she only appears sporadically so I can live with her. For now. |

| Yeah, so far the mystery girl serves no purpose whatsoever. It gives the show a weird supernatural element, and I have a bad premonition that she's going to be used in a Deus Ex Machina. I hope I'm wrong. |

| Mystery girl annoys the shit out of me. I know, I know, eventually she'll probably have a purpose; but I get so annoyed every time I see her 'cause we're 10 episodes in and I still have no idea what the fuck her purpose is. I need more patience. |

| 0_0 . . . They killed him? I'm guessing they just beat him up however I wouldn't put it past Blue and his thugs to actually kill them for that. Anyone else notice one of the girls lick her lips when he was about to get the shit beaten out of him (or killed)? Creepy. |

| Well, I really like the mystery girl. Most of the scenes with her are pretty dreamy, but her voice on the dub is pretty annoying. |

| It took me 10 episodes of giving it a real shot, but the drama is just way too forced....I'm also highly bored...everytime they should realistically be done for mysterious girl comes out and saves the day. It's already episode 10 and nothing has been explained about her...its just so boring...wish i had realized sooner how much of a time waster this was |

| It's like the only competent people on board are Blue, Stein, Juli (when she's not fighting with Blue), Izumi (when he's not trying to save everyone), Yuuki and Kouji (when they're not fighting each other). I understand that they're all kids, but it's frustrating to see everyone on board faffing about while the main characters are tearing at each other's throats. Granted, I can see this happening in a realistic scenario, so it's not like I'd rewrite the anime or anything. It's just tough to watch. Also, I still find it ridiculous that a bunch of military personnel are seriously trying to kill hundreds of students on board that ship. First, I understand that the ship is super powerful. Second, I get that there's probably some behind-the-curtain reason for why its existence and all this fighting must be kept a secret. Yet, it's still a plot I can't really accept. By all intents and purposes, the kids should have all been dead by now without the plot saving them, so it's almost silly to see grown adults struggling to kill a bunch of kids whom are on the borders of anarchy at this point. Besides that, rather than waiting to be rescued, at this point, wouldn't it be better to try and land on some moon or planet with human cities? They seemed to have figured out flight navigation and such, so the only thing I could imagine stopping them are these military folks that are hell bent on killing a bunch of kids for reasons that I might have missed. It...it just continues to boggle my mind. Edit: Oh, terrorists. Well, that throws everything out the window. |

| This is becoming one of my favorite series. Very good episode and I'm enjoying all the different characters quirks. I seriously cannot imagine he is killed as Kouji would never allow it. |
| Given how vile this show is at times I don't want to know what they did to the poor guy at the end. Compared to other episodes, this one was especially tense in a raw way again. |

Course change solid. He feels. They trust and stay course. No time for an evasion solid. The ring fires. Blue cocks himself. The vital garter is back and saves the day. They let go of the rock. They survive. The robot is launched back into space and connect it to the ship. There was a traitor. 2 of them. Beaten. 5 |
