I did not create the submission, but I believe 'Special' is correct, per the Anime DB Guidelines. Special = episodes released with the Blu-ray/DVD; OVA = separately released (or along with some other media form, such as manga) video-only episodes. (e.g. So Ra No Wo To Specials vs. Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso: Moments). |

Well technically, it is original to video, but released along with other TV episodes, so that wouldn't be wrong. Different websites; different standards. I was just giving my best understanding of the guidelines; don't know with 100% certainty. |

I added them as specials since they are not called OVA on the BD information in the official page but I thought that if they were actually OVAs the mod that approved it would correct it |
