| Well the tomb raiders are definitely f*cked! Even Hamusuke was playing with his opponent. So I guess those three elves are his slaves...they have a weird way of mourning their master though. LOL Sorry couldn't help with the sarcasm. Ainz is about to curb stomp those four, I bet he will give himself a handicap so they will have at least a fighting chance against him, however slim. |

| So as expected the workers get slaughtered one after another. The skeleton fights were quite boring though and the hamster was probably one of the more boring named characters as well. Oh well at least next episode should be good, though I wonder how Ainz will fight them. If he's serious that fight shouldn't really last that long. I also wonder why the lizardmen and Ainz wear shackles around their neck :o |

| Good episode. A lot of stuff happened and it was enjoyable. Hamsuke part was great. This episode is a great reminder that Nazaricks are not only goodloking creatures doing some funny stuff but also some real ugly monsters. ichii_1 said: It's more like your friends calls some people into an abandoned house then when they come to take the stuff you kill and torture them. To be honest they went to explore the Tomb and get the gold and valuables. They are thiefs. The first thing they have found was an extreme amount of gold. That was a good hint this is not going to be easy. The elves were forced to go with an asshat and because of them being forced they will be spared. There is some kind of logic. |

So ya,why would adventurers like the Workers not want to put to rest any undead they find? And the NPCs of Nazarick are not weak and also the majority of them are very,very evil,including Ainz. The anime has watered down or cut many a f#cked up scene Yeah sorry but that doesn't fly. With their skills they all could be doing any other job. They could be adventurers. They became filthy money grubbing mercenaries who do the dirty jobs that people don't dare take up to the guild. Sob stories don't cancel out that. Death to all thieves foolish enough to take the bait. |

Think of it like this, if a situation arises where an area needs to be scouted and they could use an extra eye, Arche could work. After the mind control incident, caution is among the top priority. They won't need to worry if Arche was controlled, but they would if for example Sebas or Solution was. They are not an asset worth pardoning her crimes. The fact that she made it as far as she did is a massive security risk. Pretty girl with a sob story is not gonna win her survival . |

Her crime of entering Nazarick? But the fact remains that it was never explicitly announced to any Kingdom that Nazarick was a country or property yet. Entering a supposed abandoned ruin isn't the same as entering another kingdom. And Arche herself isn't exactly strong. What she has going for that we know is her eyes. I know i'm playing Devil's Advocate right now, but i'd prefer a fair argument. And, do explain the ways where she can use her eyes without having to be alive. It'd be one hell of a stretch to say by turning her undead it would not somehow mess up her power. There is a magic based monster in DND that uses decapitated heads and uses all of their magic and abiltiies o/ Overlord is heavily based in DND as Maruyama said. End of story. Before you try and say oh but there's no example of such monster in Overlord. Yes there is. In the Latest Novel Volume. |

As expected. And it's good we can see all maid (no narberal) again. Kyouhukou and Neuronist first appearance is great too. And last, Oh damn... Best Girl Arche is on trouble. |

But yeah, volume 9 is more important, can't wait to splat splat splat xD. The problem is they give volume 8 5 episode. |
| Man, I swear these episodes are way too short. Anyway, I find it really interesting the current state of this show, I mean, ever wonder how come every anime you watch the protagonist is always a goody-two-shoes helping others kinda pushover who needs character development every now and again to keep making him stronger and interesting? and always, always there's this big villain the watches him behind the scenes plotting stuff to hinder him. But now the protagonists isn't one of these lowly humans who raids a tomb minding its own business and then awakens its guardians and now struggles to keep himself and his friends alive, this time the protagonist owns the fucking tomb itself with thousands maybe millions under his command as he toy with these filth. This show is fucking boss. Also oooh that very satisfying death of that idiot fucker with slaves. Serves you right bastard. |

| This was a pretty good episode. Adventure vibe and a bit of edge made this thrilling to watch. Also lol at the torturer and the elves kicking the corpse xD Hamsukue ftw, his training paid off :D |
