| Crappy episode once again. Am I really supposed to get excited over an episode which was full of reused animation, repetitive annoying comments about how "awesome" Goku is who breaks his limits all the time in 40 minutes or that he is "supposed" to be cornered by Jiren or Belmod screaming at Jiren to finish the fight? Just because it was flashy and had a nice OST doesn't make the episode awesome when the plot is all over the place. There is absolutely no tension in this unlike with the original DB and DBZ. I hope the manga will fix this pile of crap that the anime has made. /rant |

| The episode was epic af, didn't care that much of the reused animation sequences, finally a DBS episode gave me the same type of chills and goosebumps old DBZ did all the time.... BUT...I can't help but feeling bothered by the fact that this (another) power-up came from absolutely nowhere, Goku only like 1 minute ago was exhausted lying on the ground and just because Vegeta happens to share with him his remaining energy (that couldn't be that much honestly, for obvious reasons), now Goku has literally got a power-level that could rival destruction gods? Seriously are they ever going to impose any kind of limit? How that much more powerful can Goku still get? Also I'm bothered by the fact that everyone seems to act like there were only two warriors remaining on the battlefield and that whoever wins among them wins the tournament, when everyone should be acknowledging that there are three! |

| 2 more episodes to go and honestly I just feel fatigued by Super. Sure, I've been one of the active critics of the show on these boards, but there was always something to talk about, now looking at Super Saiyan Blando and Jiren brawling it out it finally just seems draining to me. The animation was kind of pretty though. |

| Amazing episode! I don't mind the reused animation, as long as it's from the opening. Scenes from the opening do look good in the series. Everyone is wondering where is Frieza, while I am here, wondering how the hell did Frieza even survive the clash of Goku and Jiren? Obviously they won't do it, but they might as well disqualify Jiren for accidently killing Frieza, while he's just trying to hide. Someone from U11 said something like "His defence will crumble. It's only matter of TIME...". Yeah. They have 1 minute left of the tournament, and they wanted to wait out until Goku becomes weak. |

| I loved this episode. The stellar directing and atmosphere really made the episode. And please don’t call the reused animation lazy. Yes this much reused animation is not desirable, but the animators are working themselves to death, and calling that lazy is just a major insult to them. Bank animation to this extent is certainly not good and a little bit distracting, but thats not the fault of the animators, but the horrendous schedule of DBS. The reason why there is so much reused animation is because they simply were not able get this episode done if they didn’t reuse it. Its a time problem, not a “lowering costs problem”. Besides, the new pieces of animation were amazing. |

| I never thought I would say this 2 years ago but - I missed Dragonball Super. Its really cool to watch right now, but I just want it to finish (the arc that is, not the series) And I think we now know where all the budget of the last 2 years went, this looks awesome! PS: I still think Jiren is the worst Dragonball Villain, but who cares |

| Amazing fight. Vegeta’s speech towards Belmod was nice to see. Belmod all ticked off lol That one scenes where the Zenos are immitating Goku’s kamehameha was hilarious lol So Beerus knows what Mastered UI looks like. I’d love to see a proper rematch with Beerus maxed out vs Goku’s MUI. Visual wise the episode was amazing and very vibrant. I like how the sheer power between them was creating all these explosions in the arena. It indeed looked like fireworks. That ending was epic. Goku mastering UI and a brief showcase of Goku’s power on Jiren. Finale is gonna be epic. |

| Even though I think this show is pure garbage, I have to say that I'm pretty hype for what comes next. This time, at least, they fought a hand-to-hand combat instead of just fast hand punches (quite annoying) and they actually reduced the dialogue from side characters or used it above the fight scenes instead of just cut the fight. Other reason I'm so hype is because "Ka Ka Kachi Daze" (ost) it's pretty fcking good... What I disliked: Another transformation... Yeahhh!... |

| It would have been better if I can tell what the hell happened in the fight by myself rather than "Hurr burr they're moving too fast for you, so here're some flashing lights and explanation from the side characters". Honestly, my mind just went blank throughout the whole fight. It's just a bunch of flashes and reused frames with no choreography whatsoever. I dare say take the dialogue off and the episode would be incomprehensible. Might as well staring at spotlights in a bar or something. |

| I'm not bothed by reused animations as long as it keeps the story moving forward. I feel that most of these people complaining about it are just nitpicking or splitting hairs. All animes and western cartoons do this anyways so they should just drop this ridiculous whining. |
