| Nice. I'm glad to see Mei trying to remedy her relationship with her dad. She should really understand how oppressive her family was being... they were way too strict, this wasn't the path her dad wanted to follow. That kiss in the end was really sweet <3 Seems like Matsuri is finally making an entrance, get ready for the drama lol |

| Basically dad was sick of the path laid out for him to take over the academy, so he left to seek something precious to him, but all the drama has been stirred up because of Mei's immaturity back then and stubbornness in refusing to open his letters for all these years. I wonder at what point will Mei be a redeemable character? She's supposedly "broken" which was used to justify the borderline sexual assault on Yuzu, then it goes back to her being the wrong one anyways... Matsuri's voice is the same as Sasamiya Saya, which I associate with an obsessive, unashamed, fucks-not-given girl. Quite a few people don't seem to like it, but I can see it fitting somehow for a manipulative bitch. |

| Progress, story and development, things have been picking up recently. Mei still has some way to go, but if all the characters started out faultless (which Harumin has been so far) there wouldn't really be any progress to hope for or issues to be resolved. Yuzu has been very considerate and supportive recently and still quite lively despite being on an emotional roller coaster, which is nice to see, but I get the feeling the new girl is going to crush her - or at least try to. I suppose this series would benefit from a good protagonist though, since the Momokino thing seems to have been pretty much resolved in a short space of time without much effort. |
| I enjoyed this episode but also have come to really appreciate Harumin. Even though she's not a main character she's like the best friend for Yuzu, cheering her up, hanging out, and giving up her bike. =) I hope Yuzu appreciates her. |

Hopefully though when it's Harumin's turn, there won't be too much going on with the others at the same time, so the balance remains the same and the focus can be on her. |

| So now we get to see Mei's freewheeling daddy. The music of Fleetwood Mac rises in the background with "Go Your Own Way" as he pops in....drops off a teddy bear (great present for a 6 year old).... grabs some sweet treets at the local 7-11 to feed the daughter he hasn't seen in months/years (again...great for a 6 year old who is crabby)..... and spouts some fine fortune cookie philosophy. He might as well have said that he was off to see the world and ride some tasty waves. Turns out he just couldn't take Workin' for the Man and needed to "find himself". That's a great line to tell your parents when you quit college and join a circus......not so great when you have divorced one woman...... basically deserted your child.... hired ( I mean "married") a new nanny (I mean "wife").... and sent mail home now and then (Wish you were Here!!) Yuzu's mother is all happy since she has a high rise house and a shiny hardhat..... just keep smiling and cashing those checks that come in the mail. |

| This episode was the best of all ;d I didn't like Mei behaviour in previous episodes and I still don't like, but maybe she will change now. I am a little sad that this new purple hair girl will be bad person :( I really love the art of city in this anime ;d I found where is the river from this anime!   |

| Pretty good episode we got here. Expected more from Mei's dad ngl but it was enough to make an episode long enough for Mei to face her problems realistically. Yuzu, as usual, with the push forward. Felt like ending kiss was an actual kiss of love too. A mutual one with no horniness/soullessness behind it. Something that was lacking?? Idk it will be explained probably. New interesting pink haired girl too. Looks like an ntr expert. |
| Pretty nice and heartwarming conclusion. Mei is starting to fall in love with Yuzu. Hmm, Matsuri seems to be an interesting character. I can smell drama. |
