| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol, this Kefla fusion gave some intense speed against Goku. Also about time they gave 17 and 18 more screen time. I like the part where 17 blasted the guy that went after 18. RIP Pretty satisfied with Super Saiyan Blue Goku vs Kefla. The chereography is on point along with the OST. Pretty intense episode. Goku went instinct again :o |

| Well that episode kind of sucked. I imagined Kefla vs SSB would've looked better than base Goku vs Kale and Caulifla, but nope. Art and animation was meh-tier again and the only cool part was in the last 2 minutes. I do really like Kefla's SSJ design though. Not sure why, guess I'm just into the muscles :p Hope it was for the sake of saving resources to make next week's fight amazing. For now though, 3/5. |

| Tbh I can't blame Super Saiyan Blue Goku for losing against SSJ Kefla, it's understandable that he hadn't recovered his full strength to fully face her. Damn did I not expect Ultra Instinct again so soon, I thought using Potara was more likely, I'm expecting some good animation and choreography in the next episode. |

| i like the legendary super saiyan form of Kefla but she is not match for super saiyan blue + kaioken that also defeated Hit anyway time for Goku to finish the fight in his Ultra Instinct mode next week |
| So Kefla got hurt from a Kaio Ken Blue Goku, she's very powerful. Very entertaining fight, I liked the background OST during the SSB Goku vs SSJ Kefla fight. That Cesaro Swing move that Kefla used on Goku was so cool to see. Funny how them jobbers tried to do Potara fusion. I'm surprised that orange guy is still in this tournament lol. Cool to see 17/18 again. I think they may have foreshadowed the next elimination for U7, 18 ain't looking in good condition. Moving on the the Gohan/Picollo vs Namekians fight, it was nice to see the Gohan use the Masenko again. If I remember correctly Gohan's last used the Masenko vs Frieza back in the Namek arc, don't really remember seeing him use it for the rest of Z. And he was pretty savage when he stomped on that one Namekian's arm and it ripped off xD Toppo vs Vegeta quite a good fight. Hopefully once this Kefla/Goku fight ends we get a bit more of this fight. Overall it was very enjoyable. :) |

| In terms of visuals this episode was just plain garbage. Well, I'm kinda glad that Goku blue, Kaioken lost,everything else would have been even more nonsense. Next week shit will go down, , I hope Toei saved up for it. |

| Once again another sad excuse of power scaling and consistency on DBS the anime. This is blatantly pathetic. Potara was an illegal move but since Zeno liked fusion, it's allowed. That's the biggest crock of bullshit and plot armor in this show since...wait what isn't plot armor in this show anymore? My lord, I can't wait for all of this to get severely debunked in the manga. |

| I liked SSJ Kefla's design :P See Toriyama? It wasn't that hard to draw female super saiyajins xD Her muscular design isn't exaggerated and has the appropiate build imo About the episode... It felt a bit so-so to be honest. Not because of the power level (which is in vain to discuss that at this point) but because of the way things were shown. It felt dull at some parts, I guess the manga will fix that later. But what I didn't expect was the Ultra Instinct return :O Someone is about to get stomped in the next episode lol |

| Glad Toei didn't make Kefla way too OP. She was only able to go even against a weakened SSB Goku, which they decided to hammer this point home by repeating the stamina problem over n over this episode. SSB + kaioken was obviously way too much for Kefla to handle as Beerus implied Goku could pretty much finish her in 2 blows even he's not at full power. So overall the fight went alright until Kefla asspull her way behind Goku's kamahameha when she's supposedly considerably weaker than him there. As for people who are raging over she knocked Goku out in 1 blow, remember Beerus already stated Goku could only deal 1 more blow in that form due to his stamina. A kamahameha obviously requires more stamina than an average blow. So Goku getting knocked out was mainly due to him using up all his stamina, rather than Kefla being OP and OHKO him. From Kefla's feat in this episode, she isn't even in top 5 strongest fighter in this tournament. She could only go even with SSB Goku when he's weakened. I would say Hit and Kefla are around same power level but Hit obviously would still win in a fight with his techniques and experience. |
| I don't know why all the hate of Kefla but this was a good episode and the last few minutes was just awesome.Ultra Instinct Goku is back and seems like he is getting more control of it. The next episode is hype may be Goku releasing all power of the new Ultra Instinct to even wake up Jiren. |
| I think many people commenting here haven't watched the older Dragon Ball series in a while, and have seriously high standards for a DB series based on nostalgia. 1. For a weekly TV series, I thought the animation was fine and never once thought "What garbage!" It's leagues better than the original DBZ, and you can't expect a weekly show to have the same quality as a 13-26 episode series. Have you seen One Piece in the past year? 2. Applying hard sci-fi logic to a DB series or expecting them to be consistent with things like power levels or transformations is a fool's game. 3. I'm personally happy to have more Saiyans on the show, and to see fusion again, so I don't see why people are upset about Caulifla/Kale/Kefla. If he was fighting some rando weird looking alien, like he has been, that would be more interesting? Methinks some people are more upset that Goku was getting his ass whooped by girls for a minute. |
| Not a surprise he went UI in this episode, but what was surprising was that Whis didn't seem happy about it this time. Rather he seemed disappointed. I wonder if Goku has some punishment in store for him from the Gods, for accessing a level of power that mortals aren't supposed to have. Or I wonder if Whis is simply concerned that it'll destroy his body. The latter makes more sense since Jiren might still be more powerful than UI. |

| Kefla seriously stated that she wants to go blue now? No!!! Kefla is almost as annoying as Ribrianne. Just knock them out already, ffs. The episode itself was fine, the power-scaling annoys me a bit, but I got used to it. 19 minutes left, and 28 fighters. The last one who dropped out was Cabba. Things seem to have slowed down. |

| Well we all know potara fusion has a weakness now. The more energy they use the faster the timer goes to 0. How long Kefla has to maintain her form? good question. On another note: Many years ago in Fanfiction.net I mentioned once that Saiyans were the epitome of evolution, and this reflects on the super saiyan transformations. And that a saiyan keeps growing and growing and becoming stronger. People laughed at my face, telling me saiyans were nothing. That there were more powerful beings out there that could sweep the floor with saiyans. I want to face those people again and smirk at their faces with what Goku has accomplished... which throws a bone to my theory. How ya' like 'em apples?! What do you think of Limit Breaker biaches? Goku has surpassed even the common gods. And I think the reason why he reached limit breaker again was his muscle memory PLUS the senkai boost he got after being defeated by Jiren and recovered with Freeza's aid. |
| Oh no, Android 18 hurt her ankle! A dragon ball character just hurt her ankle! It wasn't a regular earthling, it was an anroid. If only Trunks knew ankles were the weak spots of androids, he wouldn't have to go to the past at all to save his timeline. They really amped up the art for this battle. Too bad the budget didn't last for the animation. The character's hands no longer move when people do energy blast volleys. I miss when Roshi and Kirllin were in the tournament. They were hands down the most entertaining. |
| For a second, I thought we would see N°1718 in an animated series. XD But, no, of course, we have to be satisfied with... this instinctive moves mastery thing again. I didn't like the saiyajin fight so far, but it being revealed as a simple way to"reactivate" this form again makes it bad. Let's hope the series ends before Goku gets yet another new "form". 1/5 More energy balls raining over the "indestructible" field, as much "so fast you can't catch them" moves as ever, maybe even fewer fighting moves in general. | Finally we wee Goku in UI again, i hope he will literraly destroy Kefla i can not stand her any longer. People are arguing about Goku going UI but Goku needs to take control of that form or even perfect it, and in order to do that he needs to use it ! |
| Well, Kefla whole existence is to make Goku reached Ultra Instict again so he can get a hang of it and be able to beat Jiren with it next time. So yeah, knock her out already. |
