  The official website for the upcoming Killing Bites anime series has announced cast members as well as the theme song information. Cast members from the audio drama released in 2015 will reprise their respective roles. The anime is slated for Winter 2017 and will be broadcast via MBS during their Animeism programming block. | Cast seems interesting, excited for OP/ED, but the concept of the show and the art just don't go together well for me. From such premises I always expect a harem-comedy art style rather than a dark art style. |

| Looks like shit, and why the hell do the female character only gain animal ears but the male ones seems to competly turn into animals? I never understood the obession with fanservice in japan even on more serious shows. It just makes the whole thing looks goofy. |

| On one hand, I'm glad to see this - since groups scan-lating the manga are practically non-existent and it'll take me 40 years for it to be finished to read online. I'm sure they'll adapt the whole thing, manga itself didn't seem long; just a typical battle royal. On the other hand, I'm still sitting here baffled and scratching my head as to why this got an adaptation over Arachnid. Same author, exact same fucking writing style because of his obsession with entomology and zoology, and gory battle royal fights, and tits and sex, but comparing what I've read from both series, Arachnid is above and beyond the better series. And there's just more to adapt in general compared to Killing Bites. For anyone who hasn't read the manga and is anticipating this show, prepared to hear narratives about why the honey badger somehow has skills that make it better than every other animal, and hearing the main girl say the catch phrase "Killing Bites" about every 4-5 minutes. |
