| I would say Saitama because his purpose is to be ridiculously op to the point where nothing can hurt him. Ichigo's Final Getsuga Tenshou form is extremely powerful, could easily wipe out most other op characters. That Gold Experience Requiem sounds tough too. If we weren't excluding western characters then Azathoth from the H.P. Lovecraft universe would win, since everything is simply his dream. He's not even aware of it, when he wakes up everything in existence will either be destroyed by chaos, or just simply disappear. Nyarlethotep is op as well. |

| Probably the production companies. They can cancel the publication of a series at will, therefore killing all of its chacters. Authors are also very powerful, cause they decide the fate of all characters. But even they have to submit to the might of the editors, so they can't be number 1. |

| Even Sailor Moon is stronger than Saitama... Saitama might be one of the most physcially strongest characters in anime, but there are a lot more characters that can wipe him from existence easy. There are anime characters that are omnicient, omnipresent, can control space/time, can warp reality, can make themselves invincible with infinite strength, durability, and speed. Just look at Lain from SEL. She can make Saitama bend over and fuck him from behind while all S class Heroes and God Class Level threats just sit there quietly in the corner and await their turn. |

| Nakama Power is most powerfull only weakness it has is when series does not have anyone in it that wants a friend, but it spreads its power across multiple anime verses therefore combined it is ultimate it can even bring characters too life even though creator himself killed them **forever**. Second is plot armor but since it is usually fused with nakama power it just adds as 50x kaioken multiplier. |

It puts a dumb grin on my face. But if we're being serious, then no, dials are one thing that Saitama can probably break because just like assuming his punch is infinitely strong is wrong and we must reference feats, assuming Impact/Reject Dials can absorb an infinite amount of force without breaking is wrong and needs feat references. Even if we assumed in their favor and said those dials could absorb any force in the One-Piece-verse, which isn't necessarily true, we're talking a pretty significant difference here. Whitebeard is an island-buster, so if he punched a Reject Dial with the full force of the Quake-Quake Fruit, the resulting force (tenfold) one could generate from the Reject Dial would be roughly small-country-busting tier, which isn't equivalent to Saitama's best quantifiable feat in the OPM anime (one-punching the asteroid). Thus a Reject Dial probably couldn't equal one of Saitama's punches with his feats in the first anime season, let alone be able to absorb one of his punches. Also, Usopp would definitely die if he used a Reject Dial storing the force of the Quake-Quake Fruit. Luffy or some other character absurdly resistant to blunt force trauma would need to use it. |

| @TripleSRank Did Usopp ever get his hands on a reject dial? I thought only Wiper used them, could be wrong. As for the actual strength of the dial, you're probably right. If they were that op, they would've been used a lot more in the OP universe, they probably have a limit :P It'd be funny to see the look on Saitama's face though if nothing happened after he punched one. |

| Like someone said earlier, the laws of physics don't apply to Saitama. Nothing can hurt him, he's easily the most powerful. Even if some guy who can time travel tried to kill Saitama before he got his powers, the comedic sense of OPM won't allow him to be killed lol. He'll use TIE ATTACK to decapitate his enemies. |
