| They seemed to chatter back and forth among themselves as you drew closer. As you got even closer they seemed to arc their necks to maintain a very specific distance from you. It almost seems as if they want you to enter. They arent doing anything to ward you away at this point. But at the same time, they are making the cave that much more suspicious. |

| -sighed and looked inside the cave then grabbed a phone and sent a message to the same palace he sent all the footage with a pic of the cave, GPS and a pic of the creatures coordinates and another message if no reply in 1 hour send help. well this is an obvious trap so before i go in why don't i do this. well now they can find the body at least. -he kept his blades out watching for any attacks as he ventures forth inside the cave turning on a light on the camera to see in the dark- |
| The light wouldnt reach more than one foot ahead. The darkness is very oppressive in this cave. You would continue going deeper into the cave until you hear the sound of a shrieking Terravore. Now you may notice that there arent any walls near you. You are in a big open room. Then, countless red eyes would open up around him and the Terravore he managed to step on could be heard crawling away. Any smart man would turn of his light in this situation. | -quickly turns off his light and turns around to the entrance he came in goign into the fastest sprint he could manage right out the cave he enters putting his blades in front of him like a plow so cut anything that enters his bath from the force of his running his aim get away as far as he could as fast as he could NOW not caring if this aggravates them or if he could have walked calmly out he was leaving asap and if he had one was activating an emergency beacon. |
| Behind him he could probably hear the wretched chorus of Terravores screeching and giving chase. As he burst out of the cave, a long, massive line of Terravores poured out after him. It was an entire horde. This was probably one of the biggest mass collections of Shadow Spawn that has ever been found. Easily reaching into the hundreds. The ones that stood atop the cavern entrance all jumped and disappeared into the swarm. Meanwhile, god was wondering how the hell this human managed to get a beacon. | ( @Krop-Tor yes yes he very much is) -kept running with all his might using all his energy to try and stay ahead of the flood of death behind him hoping someone picked up his distress signal or noticed what was going on as he tried to lead this mass of spawn through narrow tree lines to slow them down and by the city a few seconds to react before he brought this to the door step trying to remember if there was any sort of out pot or traps set up near by he could lead this mass through or to have them notice the shit storm behind him- FUCK. FUCK FUCK. FUCK FUCK FUCK. IF I DIE HERE MY FUNERAL BETTER BE NICE - didn't lock back as he ran hoping he kept the distance he wanted taking the above mentioned rout back to the cities main gates starting to hatch a plan that could kill many these monsters but it could also kill him as he tried to remember any large bodies of water or metal structures on the way other then the wall- |
| These beasts could easily climb over the wall. That is without a doubt given their ability to climb things, it makes one thankful that the wall is the second defense, and that the first is a barrier no spawn has ever approached. But he might notice by the time he lefts the mountainous region altogether, that the swarm was no longer pursuing him. After all, the sounds of the Terravores stopped altogether. It seems as if they realized they would be successful, and gave up a pointless endeavor. That, or they knew where he was heading, and didnt want to pursue. But that would be an alarming fact considering how it would meant the spawn actually began communicating with each other. That does seem unlikely with the way most behave. |

| -stopped to catch his breath turning off his beacon dropping to his knees and grabbing food from his bag stuffing it in his face quickly gobbling it up to keep his intake up to fuel hos body and powers- ok not dead but that many spawn is a big fkign problem. the barrier is strong but sending several hundred spawn at it is a pretty good tactic to ware anything down. and those things seem pretty smart they probably are planning something. need to report this but video won't do -grabbed out his phone and started calling where ever he sends all his data telling them about the giant nest he stumbled on to and describing the creatures giving the location, describing and sending the footage as they probably will request. then waits to hear what his following orders are- |

| -looks at his location and realizes in his frantic running he was a few miles off from what he thought and sighed taking a another small snack then be can his return trip home through very rough untraveled paths but the safest, back home to go to his dorm rest up resupply then go an another hunting expedition for more of those core things the brutes droped that made him feel more powerful- |
| during his journey he took some breaks in rest spots taking some time to make notes of the area he saw and write down descriptions of the weapons he saw in the vision. as well as looking for any brute or spawn worth hunting. then he started to make crude drawings of them preparing some kind of file he could send to researchers in charge of the book to report the 12 weapons that he saw. i would take a while to complete but he wanted to make sure it was useful before sending it didn't want to get any detail wrong- hm, 12 weapons they all looked pretty gruesome. wonder why 12, and who the wielders would be. and that question is the book trying to say the after life is real and that these weapons are wielded my monsters that can kill the soul. or even worth could they consume it/ -he kept thinking attaching his thoughts to his descriptions and drawings as he sighed- |

| While its not enough for the electronic to break down, you could probably feel the charge the Xera Particles coming from the Rupture give, which would probably explain why you arent getting any reception. You are cut off. There was a nearby Brute which has come to investigate. There doesnt seem to be the sound of conflict or anything but a Brute for that matter. The wind has died down, and not even the insects dare break the silence. |

| -sighed and made what notes he could before leaving his electronics there. and went to infestation he knew from last time that these ruptures needed some sort of catalysis to open. last time it was the cores of brutes and he wonders if he took out the brute now if he could postpone the opening of this one even by a few min, until something sent off an alarm- ok so lets see that i can do, damn it hope someone else catches this i can't let another one open. - tried to approach the brute but knew he couldn't sneak up on it instead he was goign for a blitz attack sprinting across chopping the the legs of the brute roaming for the deepest cut he can make trying to amputate them. coming from the direction parallel to the brutes arms attacking from the side- |
| The Brute fell, its limbs completely severed, its limbs are regenerating. It cant act right now. You might notice that Rupture had already opened and closed, proving him wrong on the whole Catalyst thing. In its place was a structure, different from the one that Takaryn came from. It was just a single pillar on a circular platform. The platform was made of the same black stone as the one from before. And there was a slot that looked to fit a single Kaaos Shard, like that which comes from a Brute. |

| -smirked and then went to sever the brutes arms dicing it up piece by piece. tearing out the largest sections on the brute not cutting through its chest though just hacking limps, trying to tear and kill it as quickly as possible. thinking about what his next move shoudl be and if the brute was going to puts its crystal into the pillar- |
| Considering the fact that you cut off the limbs as they grew back, it didnt have a chance, and it was dead soon thereafter. Its body turned to vapors and left behind a Red Crystal. Whether Shirou decided to activate the structure, use it to gain power, or turn it in for reputation, it was his choice. The structure stood there dormant, since it lacked a power source. |

| -sighed and really wanted to see what would happen if he did activate it with the crystal but thought it to dangerous to do it alone. as he watched the site closely to see if there were other brutes around moving towards the structure as he tried as quickly as possible to get a signal to inform someone about it taking the crystal with him- come on come on anyone command lab anyone. I'm flying blind here i don't knwo what to do, and i cant shake the urge, i need some instructions or i think I'm goign to do something horrible i need someone here, anyone please, - tried to keep a view on the pillar as best he could hoping it wasn't activated while he was looking for a signal- |
| The Pillar was dormant, and the Xera Particles are clearing up. But still, no reception. He was alone in this. |

| -sighed and watched over the pillar moving closer to it standing guard at it trying to resist the temptation to activate it trying to keep the spawn away and his urge grew and grew and grew until he had the crystal in his hand still checking the reception until the fatal moment that if nothing interrupted him he slotted the crystal inside the pillar,- this pillar is controlling my arm i can't stop my self its controlling me, this better not summon another one of those monsters. wait what about those 12 weapons could this have something to do with that. -and as he asks he slammed the crystal inside for better or worse mostly likely horribly worse- |
| As the crystal went in flawlessly, the entire structure lit up like the one in the Valley. Red light glows from within and then... nothing. The structure was covered in glowing lines that branched into vectors. That is all. It isnt doing anything. If you tried to remove the crystal, you would find that it wasnt gonna come out, regardless of what you did. One noticeable effect, is that a small, but constant stream of Xera Particles was coming from it. Pylon Activated |

| reports of the pillars activation once he gets far enough away, saying that, he had killed the brute and was waiting securing the area when standing near the pillar fora prolonged time with no spawn in the area he had an irresistible urge that could not be stopped and before he knew it he had slotted in the brutes crystal. and that he was resuming patrol in the area to kill spawn and that other groups should be wary of similar pillars and the effect it seemed to have on him- (thats totally believable right these pillars are some sort of black magic he couldn't help it >.<) |
| (Sure. Lets go with that.) There was a group our Reapers nearby, to your west. To your north, there is the Cave you skipped over during your last visit, there is a thick presence in that cave. To your east there is a single Terravore, it doesnt seem to be doing anything in particular. |

Break Helix  Break arrives at the Lymphian Mountains in search for the structures him and Drake discussed. "Alright, where is this structure." he thought out loud. He would then fly through the mountains in search for this. Though he did not know what the structure is supposed to look like, Break did know that the structure was flying in the air. That was the biggest clue yet, but he doesn't know if the structure is there or not as some of the biomes don't have a structure from what Drake told him. He continues searching for it. (Krop just tell me if there is a structure in any of the biomes.) |

| Break would likely notice the prior mentioned structure on the ground if he was looking down there, but the only thing he would find int he air is a whole lot of nothing. The sky is really cloudy here. Do to the lack of direct sunlight, the Spawn seem to be more active right now. This also affects Shirou Zaugin. |

Break Helix Break would continue to explore the area, but the sky was cloudy and almost impossible to see through. He decided to look for it on the ground. He flew lower from the clouds and stopped at a good place to hover over. He would then release four dynamos from him and had them scan the area. Through the scan, it sensed an unknown element. Though this was another world, the element he had found was dark and corrupt. He looked at its general direction and looks over where the element came from. It turns out that it was the structure Drake was talking about. He had his dynamos return as he flew over to the building. He then lands and had his dynamos guard his back as he touched the walls for observations. |

| Its a pillar on a circular platform. The pillar has what looks to be a Brute's heart placed inside it's center. The black rock that comprises this pillar is etched with strange runes that are currently glowing red, while the surface itself is smooth. You should feel stronger near it due to the concentration of Xera Particles around it. Unlike the Xera Field which fried all electronics, this only seems to interfere with wireless signals. You might notice how there are two Razors, four Reapers, and a Brute all standing idly around the structure. Its as if looking at it males them docile. Or maybe they are waiting for something, but still, Spawn should be that smart. They arent that kind of species. |

Break Helix Break explored the structure further and finds a pillar that had the brute's heart placed in it. It lit up with a red aura and Xera particles were coming from it as well. Unlike the field though, the particles only interferes with wireless signals. If the particles weren't present, then this would've been an easy job as he could've just had his dynamos hit them from a distance while he hides in the shadows. Break was going to have to go with a different approach. He gets on two of his dynamos and creates a link with them. As they were linked to his shoes. He would then have two others go onto his forearms. The other two would be there to attract the brute away. "Alright, lets do this." he said quietly. He would then make some that would attract the brute to its location. Break would then fly over to a safe spot where he can see the brute while the brute can't see him. If what Drake told him about the spawns were correct, the brute would be stupid enough to follow the noise. He would then activate his energy blades to stab the brute in the back with his forearm and his two other dynamos. It would be enough to kill it unless the brute is stronger than what Break would've anticipated. |

| While under normal circumstances, this would have worked flawlessly. But for some reason, the Brute and other Spawn seemed... unresponsive. They stared at the structure passively and did nothing. Its like they were entranced by the pillar and/or its energy. You could probably touch the Brute without it noticing if its current behavior is any indication. |

Break Helix Break had tried to attract the brute to the noise, but it didn't even notice it. It just stood there like the other spawns present in the structure. "Son of a bitch... I'm going to have to go through another approach." he said to himself quietly. Break would then attach the other two dynamos to the dynamos that were attached to his forearms to make a forearm blade. Though it wasn't sharp, Break could activate his energy beams to attack the spawns there. "Alright then, lets see if they will pay attention to this." he would then walk to the spawns with no fear on his face, but a smile. He then stops to say something. "Hey! Cocksuckers! Wanna suck this cock!? Come and get it then!" he said loudly. He was sure that the spawns would pay attention to him with that, but if they still stayed idle, Break would just simply stab the brute and the other spawns with his energy blade. If the spawns did pay attention, he would just get out of the range of the Xera particles in order to control his dynamos wirelessly. Though that would only work if the spawns also get out of range of the Xera particles. |

| Break might be surprised by the sound of a metallic clang when his blade didnt penetrate the Brutes skin. It would become apparent to him, that they were metal. Life-size metal statues. They arent sentient, and the fact that they were turned to the same dark metal that a Reapers blade or a Razor's claw is made, is an oddly terrifying thought. You might also notice the distinct lack of red where their eyes should be. They either where turned into metal, which is a horrifying thought, or they were created by the structure. Yet another terrifying thought. Whatever they were, its obvious you cant particularly hurt or "Break" them. (Im sorry for that pun. X_X) |

Break Helix Break had tried to taunt the Spawns to him, but it seemed they were left unfazed and still. Incredibly still as they were like frozen in stone. Break was left confused by this. He would then walk up to one of the Spawns and noticed that their skin looked like a dark metal and their eyes lacked the red they usually had. He would then look over to the pillar and back at the Spawns a couple more times. "Did the pillar do this?" he said to himself. He would then observe the pillar as it shined red release Xera particles into the room. He looked back at the Spawns once more. "I got to archive this information and tell Drake about this. This could possibly help with taking down the Spawns in this world." he said to himself once more as he brought up a holographic key board and a screen right on top of it. It seems as if the pillar that contains some sort of heart seems to be turning these Spawns into dark metal. The Spawns don't seem to be retaliating against me, nor do they seem to be moving at all. If we could just do this to the other structures throughout the world, maybe we could end this Spawn war. It seemed like it was too good to be true honestly. Though simply just activating all the structures throughout the world wouldn't just end this calamity. He would then hover out of the structure as soon as possible to report this information to Drake. |

| As Break left the interference, Drake received the message. He then sent a message back to Break. That is... Very strange... Promising, but strange. Perhaps we should activate them all if its stopping these creatures. But what worries me is, why would the darkness provide these pylons if they only hurt themselves by doing so. Are they trying to lose, or do these pillars do something else. We dont know enough. Can you investigate other structures in other places? |

| Shirou Zaugin. noticed the change in weather and didn't seem to care to much about it as he approached the cave he noticed before with teh dark aura looking inside to see if light could penetrate the darkness or if the night filter on his new camera allowed him to see.- if this is another nest i quit. i'm going back home and going to finish my report about those weapons. now lets check out this cave, |
| Nothing would allow you to see inwards from the outside. You would have to cross the threshold in order to see what lies within. If you do however, cross into the cavern, you would eventually emerge from the dark vapors, to find a place that Light CAN illuminate. And if you were to look with the light, you would notice a big black wall before you. It has three slots on it that look like keystone slots. They are shaped perfectly for a Brute core. It should be obvious what this implies. Whatever this wall is, you wouldnt be able to tell, possibly until you activate it. |

| -takes a picture of door and the cavern, looking for any carvings or markings on the walls or door and inspecting the floor, as he records everything then leaves the cave reports what he can and goes hunting for cores- well i don't want to be the one to open that door but i do want to be here when it happens seems interesting. now where is something to kill. |
| Well, you could always check a Terravore for a core. Perhaps they have them. And it would be a good opportunity to learn more about them. Best avoid the Nest for now though. | -sighed and bit the bullet trying to find a bute but also staying a few miles at least from the nest loking for lonely teravores or better yet groups of 3-4. know that a lone one would most likely mean an ambush but a group of 3-4 would probably be all there was to the group, as well as brutes but if he didn't find any he would engage any teravores he caught in a good spot keeping his camera rolling and his blades ready- |
| You might notice that the stone around the nest entrance seems a little blacker than before. Also, you would notice several groups of Terravores scattered about. If you wanted to, you could fight a brute. They arent hard to locate. They are usually stomping around and bigger than any known breed of Shadow Spawn. You need to be literally retarded in order to miss them. |

| -smirked and got ready to lay some smack down on a brute using the same tactics as before one fast strike as he sprints across sweeping his blades through the legs to open the brutes guard and drop it to the floor then begin taking out the brutes arms while the legs regenerate that was the plan at least- |
| The Brute hears you from a mile away, and sends its big, black fists flying in your direction, if you dodged it and somehow managed to execute the plan despite this setback, you would be able to kill it rather easily. As long as you prevented it from regenerating its limbs. |

| -as he was sprinting forward he saw the brutes arms slowly getting ready to hit the brutes move was as telegraphed as his own attack and seeing it coming it wasn't to much of a task for him to move off to the side around the fist stabbing and slicing through the back half of the arm from the middle of the fore arm down to the elbow and still was able to catch the far leg of the brute with his other blade chopping it deeply. |
| As the Brutes leg and arm was cleaved off, it fell to the ground, using its other arm to stay in a kneeling position. It is trying to regenerate its arms for a counter attack. |

| -took the chance to cut off its other arm and leg trying ot make it drop flat to the ground limbless and then cleave off parts of the torso to kill it before it could regenerate its other arm trying to deal swift deadly blows to it repeatedly focusing on keeping its limps useless as he had done with every other brute before- |

| -looks at it deeply starring at it thinking back to that door then shakes his head vigorously as he tries to absorb the crystals power to get stronger as he scans around the area for more brutes and wonders if the empty crystals are worth anything because he does already have one and he isn't sure if its valuable- |
| So me people might like to keep trophies of their conquests. They might like the way these small crystals look. It really is just a commodity value. | Like stated Prior, you dont need to hope to run into one. Just look and you would find. one. Just like now. There was one at the bottom of a small cliff. It was roaming along the path, hugging the wall to its left. Metaphorically speaking of course. |
