I probably would have not liked the song as much otherwise, but seeing it performed live after experiencing it in all the epic scenes in Macross F gives it a special flair. Also sure it's j-pop, but it's catchy. Imo lyrics don't have to make much sense in a song for a song to be good. Many of the most legendary rock songs have poor lyrics. Look at something like Smoke on the Water lmao. It's all about the epic guitar riff. Similarly this song is all about the nice n' cheesy j-pop chorus Yeah lyrics don't have to make much sense or really be any good for a song to be good/great, but oftentimes I don't like the composition of the Idol song itself, and even if I do I sometimes think to myself what the hell I'm doing when I'm listening to some ridiculously genki and cheesy J-pop... You can't even hear what Thom Yorke sings in this song but it's a fantastic mood piece. |

| Finally updated my list. Also "forgot" to say, finished the whole Jojo and watched Diamond's 3 eps like 5 hours ago or something. Jojo is amazing confirmed. Although, to be honest, I don't know if I like Battle Tendency or Stardust Crusaders Part 2 more. Both are really damn great. I liked Joseph better as a character, and but SC's adventures got me hooked. Not to mention I prefer Battle Tendency just a little bit, though. |

| Sakamoto is swagamoto Attack on Trains is pretty interesting, MC seems more competent that Eren the Edge at least. Badass Loli still not as badass as Renne Durararax2 Ketsu is pretty good so far. Izaya continues to best, and things are riling up in Ikebukuro. Can't wait to see what'll happen at the end. Diamond is Unbreakable is still great. The artstyle change is a bit off-putting, but it's still good. Giving me Durarara vibes due to them talking about "something is happening in this town" and all that. Mayoiga continuing to be kek. The MC is annoying as hell, but I still think that most of the cast is made to be as stupid as they get, in all different flavors. What'll they do with it is what I'm waiting for. Kuma Miko continuing to best. Possessed Machi and DJ bear was fucking win at it's finest. Boku no Hero Academia is better than my first impressions. Waiting to see how it will go. Pacing feels slow, but it's alright for now. Re:Zero ep 2 was alright, but I don't what to feel. Ep 1's part B and Ep 2 felt very similar. Somehow, nothing happened in Ep 2 other than the ending part. Luluco is entertaining. I don't know what I can say about the show other than that. Lain getting better. Still not as confused as people warned me about. Tari Tari is alright. Still reallly great looking backgrounds and lighting. It's a SoL and it feels like a SoL. That girl that rides the horse, Sawa I think, really looks like Usami Renko, though. Like  heck I just saw a crossover pic |

| Man, Sansha Sanyou is so weird, on one hand it plays your SoL tropes normally but on the other it feels like it might just subvert them at the drop of an hat and this could go full Madoka or something and everything would still feel right.
