 Clarisse Elesius Clarisse entered the council office, hoping to have permission to leave school and go one some missions. The process of being accepted to a mission was unknown to her. Hopefully, someone here would be able to explain that to her in thorough detail. If not then there’s something wrong with the school. "Hello..? I would like to take on the mission called Crisis at City II." She patiently waited for some type of response on what to do for her request for a mission. There had to be someone in here that could help her out. |

Clarisse Elesius Someone in the room had spoken up and provided some new information. The person told her that one needed a partner for missions. "I see... Thank you very much for the assistance. I'll come back again with a partner." She thanked the person that helped her then left the council office and went to look for a partner. It shouldn't be too hard to find one… |

| Seifer "Is there something you need"*Seifer says to Ace* |

| Ace looked at him before walking to a desk and sitting in it and he began filling out paper work |
| Seifer "Sir are you lost?" |
|
| Ace looked at him "I believe not" he answered |
| Seifer "then can I help you because you have said nothing since you've got here" |

| Ace sighed "I'm the new student council president I wouldn't be doing paper work otherwise" he said |
| Seifer "By whos authority I havnt been notified of any of this and im the current vice president and since the president is gone im in control until the teachers give me information otherwise" |

| Ace sighed and handed him a note from the headmistress stating his position of Student council president |
| Seifer "Maybe you should have handed this to me before" |

| Ace just continued to work |
| Seifer "sounds like were going to be great partners maybe you want to take care or something Setsu left undone we have a A rank Student that lost a battle to a drunk C rank and yet he wants to join the council" |

| Ace sighed "Do you really honestly think rank matters when it comes to joining the student council or who you lose against no it doesn't not matter " he said |
| Seifer "From what I see im sure it does matter as well as you need to be the right age as well unless you want the SC to be a laughing stock because one members rank is nothing more then a joke seeming to tell us how far the A ranks have actually fallen so its seems anyone ranked at A is nothing more then a joke" |

| Seifer "Maybe we can figure out a punishment on the C rank student Alt for attacking 4 of his classmates Setsu was planning on sealing his power for a week I recommend deranking him from c rank to d rank" |

| "Why so he can pick off those that are weaker? " he asked "Changing ranks won't help anything the persons skill is still there after the change" he said |
| Seifer "it would keep him from attacking others because if he gets deranked past the lowest rank then he will no longer be a student at this school" |

| Seifer "So since your the new president I guess I can hand the mission I recently completed with another student into you right" |

| Alt Luxgard Alt entered the council room again, he was trying to get permission for leaving the school on the mission Crisis at City II, once again. Somehow it wasn't really mentioned to the upper branches and so he knocked again. "So, some time ago I came for a mission. How about it?" |
Clarisse Elesius Clarisse came back into the council office, not having any luck on finding a partner for the mission. She noticed that her sweetheart was in the room. Alt was asking about going on a mission too. It was best to stay quiet for now and listen to the rest of the conversation. |
| Ace looked at Alt "Approved " he said |
Clarisse Elesius Clarisse listened to what was said in the room and it looked like Alt was approve of a mission. It was strange to her that she wasn't approve of a mission while her beloved was. She was told that she need a partner for a mission. Did she get false information here? It was time to speak up about that matter… "Excuse me... I was told that I needed to find a partner for a mission. Is that true? Or am I receiving false information?" |
| "It's recommended but you don't have to" he said |
Clarisse Elesius The person told her that it was recommended to have a partner instead of it requiring a partner for missions. It would of been nice if she was told about this earlier. She had left the council room to find a partner for the mission that she wanted to go on. Her time was wasted by misleading information. "Can I take on the mission called Crisis at City II? It's the mission that I asked to go on." |
| Alt Luxgard Another student was going for a mission.. and she mentioned the same mission name as Alt's. Alt thought he would go alone, but apparently, he would have a partner tagging along. As long as that partner doesn't stop him from doing what he wants.. as long as she doesn't drag him down.. he won't attack her. But he thought he'd at least tell the council.. and his partner. "I'm going on Crisis at City II as well. Don't drag me down." Alt glared at the girl, the gaze piercing like daggers as he walked away and left the room. He got the "OK", so he would leave for the mission. |
Clarisse Elesius Clarisse didn't receive a response from the council; however, she got one from her dearest. Alt told her that he was going on that mission as well and warned her not to slow him down. He glared at her with piercing eyes then left the room and went somewhere. She left the council office afterwards. |
