| I really don't like how the "about me" is above anime stats. Not that I have anything posted in mine really... but when I'm creeping on other people's profiles I wanna see how many days and what they recently watched first and the "about me" below. |

| With how excessively long some people's bios are, you'll be scrolling forever before you can get to any real information, which is not at all a welcome change. The rest I could get used to but that is a big problem. I would switch that information to the top and keep the profile info below it |

| I kinda wish the gender thing had been implemented, but not having it there at all is better than seeing 'Not Specified'. I don't know if you can or can't go back to 'Selected'/Nothing there if you click male or female later, but if you can, then that's nice. Anyone want to test that for me? I don't want to test that just in case it's just like, "NOPE. YOU'RE STUCK WITH MALE OR FEMALE. PICK ONE. LOLOL". I also kinda wish the About Me section was below my stats and maybe my favorites and such though. I have a gif there but only because if I go to my page it won't lag until I scroll (if I ever scroll). So it worked out for me, but now that it's at the top where I can't avoid it, I'm going to have to take it off or else my laptop will end up freezing a lot. I'm fine with how the stat bar is now, but I'm not sure about those colors. This is such a nitpick, but I feel like the colors throw off the color scheme of the site maybe? The colors kinda remind me of those disgustingly dirty play areas at fast food places; the circles for 'watching', 'completed', and such are the balls in the ball pen. Also, I'm not sure if anyone pointed this out, but if you go to a side page such as "Clubs" or "Recommendations" and click on "Statistics", it won't work. Not sure if it's intended for "Statistics" to be a useless button on those pages or not. Overall, I'm fine with the layout. Thanks for changing things up. It's still able to be used in a way that's not confusing, so it's fine with me. Most of my gripes are "suck it up because no one else cares" type of nitpicks. Everything else I'm fine with or can at least get used to. Thanks again, MAL. I'm sure most users will get used to it (even if begrudgingly). I think at some point you have to ask, "Who is your profile for? Who looks at it the most? Who utilizes it the most?" I think the answers to the last questions would be "me", but for the first question, I dunno; one would have to ask the developers who it's meant for, and then at that point, we might end up looking at this change in a different way. EDIT: Also, the images on the favorites are really blurry. |

These 3 changes can make the biggest difference. I don't hate the new layout, just it's organization. And of course, the fact that they removed some old features that people already commented here. |

Favorites crowds the profile, as mentioned above should probably go to its old place on the sidebar. Also I do prefer stats up at the top, I'm sure I visit my own profile more often than anyone else and that is what I like to look at. |

| My biggest concern about this update is now the profile design is inconsistent with the design of the rest of the site. In that regard I prefer the old profile style, though it's not like I dislike the new one. But at the same time, I feel there should be site-wide consistency as far as design goes and I'm not sure I'd like the rest of the site having a similar design as the new profile... For the profile, like many others have said, I would prefer having the "About Me" section directly above the comments; it's weird having the about me suddenly as soon as you go to someone's profile, and the stats and recent updates should be the first thing you see on someone's profile. Therefore I think having the ability to move and hide various sections of the profile would be nice, kind of like how you can do with your "My Panel" page. Also, I'm not exactly too fond of the new favorites. I feel like they should be put back on the left side how they used to be, but with all the new information on the side now the favorites would feel out of place so I'm not sure how to feel about it. And not that I really care that much, but I think you should have the option to at least hide the "friends" section, rather than showcase it on your profile because I don't think that's important at all to have on the profile page. Maybe make it like the recommendations, review, clubs, etc., and just have a link to the friends with the number of friends next to it. In all, I'm fine with the new profile but I would like to see a few changes to it. |

| Half my graphic are missing. It looks like a total mess. Change it back immediately! I earned some qualifications in web design a few years ago, I'm ashamed to admit that now. Every site I use is being willfully destroyed by people who don't seem to have an idea of what they are doing. STOP IT! JUST STOP IT! I don't know how many other sites are in your market. When I see people saying stuff like deleting their favorites or about me sections to compensate for the lack of continuity of our profiles have now. Is pretty alarming. I just hope the next update isn't clubs XD. |
