| I admit there was a time and place when I too enjoyed shows that pander to otakus, but that was in the beginning when I first started to watch anime. It was odd, interesting, and very different compared to the media I had been in contact with earlier. Seeing as a few years have gone since then, my taste in anime have shifted towards more "mature" shows. Today I find otaku pandering to be the second next worst thing in anime after tsunderes. So are any of you sick of these very generic otaku pandering shows? Give a reason why so it won't be a listing thread. |

| Nah. However, Otaku is a terrible sounding word though and I'd rather not Identify myself as that. But personally, I want there to be an good anime that really shits on western Otaku culture in a creative way. It's always good to be self-aware. |
