| This one shows us Izumi's training (the same Al and Ed took, by the way) when she was 18, which also explains that little conflict she had with Briggs' soldiers (so, instead of ignoring canon, it compliments it, wow) Oh and it also tells us how she met Sig, her husband, pretty funny and great. OVA 3 gets a 9/10 |

| I didn't expect that kind of episode, but I really liked it! I was curious how Izumi's training looked like while she had to survive 1 month in the north. Plus we saw how Izumi and Sig met. ;p |
| Izumi wasn't always the fierce battle-hardened housewife she usually is and that grueling 1 month of surviving in Briggs' harsh winter landscape nearly did her in but the straw that broke the camel's back turned out to be Steiner revealing that he wasn't the guy she was looking for the whole time. The whole thing's awesome and hilarious! Her first encounter with Sig was just too adorable and their unbreakable bond starting over a dropped bear was too much for me lmaooo |

| Izumi trained hard and survived for a month in cold mountains of Briggs To prove that she is worthy of becoming alchemist.But The teacher whom she want to learn alchemist and became accomplice he is not an alchemist he is actually a martial artist.The tale of a brave woman that still Briggs solidiers fear of. .She survived her days in cold conditions by hunting animals and beating soliders stolen their rations and weapons..The first love is really funny it is impressive. |

| Izumi is ridiculous, she just threw a bear like it was nothing, lmao. I also wasn't expecting her to just start knocking out soldiers and stealing their shit. I feel like surviving in Briggs Mountain is way harder than what Al and Ed had to do of surviving on an island. Too bad it didn't help her learn Alchemy, but at least she found love. "You dropped your bear" is probably one of the greatest love lines I've heard in any anime ever. This was a really fun episode. |
