| Considering the first season has 13 episodes and it manages to cover 30 chapters, I think it has a big probability being a two cours this time. Also because I think the it would be wise to cover entirely the best arc of the manga in this season. But if that would really be the case, some chapters will be skipped for sure. :/ |

We need another season. |

| The sales are good enough for the DVD/BD. It's faring better than some. It's quite a shame that they're only 12 eps this season though. They could have more eps with a lot of material they have left. It's really disappointing since it's been so long and it's only 1 cour after 2 years. Hopefully more manga sales will prompt another season or an OVA or film. It feels like Natsume though by how they're making seasons...Hopefully there's really a third season because the longest arc was really the most hoped for to be animated. They've been teasing us with the past a lot already. 😣 They should just get on with it. Although it is hard to animate stuff without enough budget. Perhaps that's one of the reasons not much bought the discs: they're not animating the greatest arc, so there's no use collecting it. Or perhaps they don't like eps 1-4(only these eps were released in discs right now) so much. |

| I can't believe that they did a second season and didn't do the Tomoe arc. It does make me think that there will be a third season or something with that arc, though, because they've hinted at it so much and this tengu arc is important towards the end of the Tomoe arc and in the new chapters they're releasing. Sooooo....maybe they're setting it up? Too much to hope for? |

After knowing what happens after the parts they adapted for this season, it really feels like it needs to be continued. |

| I really hope for more as well. I'm hoping this is only a "split-cour", like, taking what could have been a full two-cour season and airing it as separate seasons, like what ufotable has been doing with its Fate adaptations, and Space Dandy, for example. Let's hope and see if we'll get another 12 or so episodes come Summer season. |

I think knowing what happens next makes this season seem so incomplete, but I think it feels incomplete in general. I read on the manga translator's page that the mangaka and producer for this anime were surprised at how well it was received, and they're in talks for a 3rd, but that could just be a rumor. Supposedly that info came from the Hana to Yume twitter which is where the manga is serialized. |
