| The one-eyed Owl is seemingly the strongest ghoul by far, exhibiting seemingly the largest kagune (and a kakuja at that) as well as the greatest strength. Noro might be second, considering that ridiculous regeneration and humongous kagune (as shown in episode 1). Possibly evenly tied are Yoshimura and Shachi, closely followed by Kaneki. We haven't really seen much of big-shots like Tatara and Arima. Pretty sure Arima wrecks everything though. |
