| Annoying is definitely the right word for it. I don't mind it between Juugo, Tensai and Yukihime but the entire Adventure Club just gets on my nerves. I wish that the entire club would just blow up. But I guess that they need each others "help" in order to get to the treasures and solve the mazes. |

| Well, Juugo is quite likeable IMO. His mysterious, illegal past, his attitude and reasoning behind his actions are making him different from any normal protagonist, so yea I like him but I get your point. Guess they don't have any other way than to work together, which can be annoying with this enemy-but-now-friend cliche. They could think of something else... |
| Some poples probably got annoyed by that. But if we think it through...... HEY...They stabbed each other, you know??? Everyone has their own mission and goal. They aware of it that everyone is "enemies", yet it is really difficult to take the treasure by themselves. SO there is no other choices but to work together. Is not that a great thing? despite knowing that they are at each other, but they still work on together to get the treasure....They know the scale of priority. |

| COMPLETELY annoying, i'm so tired of the main characters always taking all that crap.I think it's better in situations like Avatar the Last Airbender (if you've ever watched that) where someone starts thinking and has a change of heart about whats right and whats wrong, you know like trying to do their part to make up for all the trouble they have caused and help. But in situations like when the main character and maybe even his friends take a lot of crap from someone then see them getting what they deserve, they decide to help them, then they are all buddy buddy. |

| I only find it annoying in more serious stories. This has more of a fun adventure type of vibe so it isn't that big of a deal. Plus, Juugo doesn't even trust Isshin so it isn't like these two are buddies anyway. Take ep.6 for example assuming you caught what really happened to the treasure. So this isn't just a case of "MC becomes BFF with someone who betrayed him". Is the MC all like "go to hell"? Well, no... but this isn't exactly a good example of the becomes best buds with the enemy trope either. The deception and false friendships are part of the story and is seemingly a major part of Juugo's background/back story and his lack of trust in people. |
