| I JUST found out there was an anime adaptation, so far this is one of the best seasons in years for me! Of course as a big fan of the manga, I had to watch! The overall style they're using strongly reminds me of Baka To Test, with the use of colorful screen-tone dots, looks pretty cute. The animation is decent to average, I just hope it doesn't go as bad as Doujin Work's did (if anyone remembers that's one of the author's previous work, it was awesome in manga form, was pretty bad in anime form). It's kinda bad with the proportions at some points and this is just the first episode, I just hope they try to keep at least the current quality. The designs are a bit hit and miss. The girls most of the time resemble their manga counterparts (if anyone has read it, the style is clean and easy to replicate for animation) but Aito doesn't look like Aito. He looks like a plain, generic barely well animated male character. The manga style has a distinctive style for him and you could easily recognize him. I'm chalking this to both lazy designs and average animation, though. The OP is your generic moe cute anisong sung by generic moe cute girls. It's pretty plain and non-memorable, which is a shame. The ED is the same. Overall music is nothing out of this world, I wish they had put more effort into it. For some reason Aito's voice is not exactly how I thought he'd sound. I always imagined his voice to be a bit older, he sounds like generic shonen anime high schooler guy. It's not bad in any other way though, the seiyuu puts a lot of effort into the lines, he sounds passionate when he has to, and sounds cute when he has to, and overall he's a riot to listen to. It's is just my personal opinion of how I imagined him to sound. Same with Mihari, I would've given her a bit more older voice, but I gotta agree that the young voice matches her petite and childish design. Pretty decent rendition of the manga so far, I'm gonna stick around, and if you liked the manga you should definitely give this a go :D |

| Laughed a lot. LOLED a lot to people expecting something else. I guess it helps to have read the manga beforehand. I also imagined Aito having a deeper voice, but we got Kirito's VA being not Kirito and a crazier and louder Sorata. He clearly shines better at comedies. |

The manga has this charm that makes you not mind the same jokes, in fact it's hilarious the different situations that the same joke can lead to, and I say it as a person who doesn't like harem, ecchi jokes or overall cheap fanservice. This series has all of those, but it reads well overall. It's also a 4-koma and usually anime based on those kind of manga tend to be short. 13 minutes is way better than say Chii's Sweet Home 5 minutes. To be honest the anime is only enjoyable if you liked the manga first. I can tell from the first episode that the animation and storyboard are gonna be from decent to mediocre and viceversa, and also some jokes translate better on the manga. I suggest to first give that one a read first, if you don't like it then there's no reason to stick around with the anime. I prefer glimpses too btw- what the hell am I blurting out xD But, I agree with Ashisu and his interpretation on her opinion more than anything :p Oh my God, 100000 yens... This man has too much extra money. When it was over, I was like "Already?" Sees episode duration "13 minutes seriously?" 8/10, I guess it's obvious that I enjoyed it a lot. Also that ending song is sorta nice and different. |

| Oh my goodness, I laughed so much while watching this. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka's voice is perfect for comedic roles. It just fits so well. So many perverted jokes, especially with the panties and bras. Haha, typical ecchi manga tropes. Saori voicing Ashisu is perfect! :DD "I love little breasts too!" - I DIED OMG!!! xDD I wish this was a regular 20+ minute episode series. Ah well, 13 minutes is better than 4. :) 5/5 |
