| Aahh, kawaii ototo. Finally we get to see the start of this epic love story. It was great for how long it lasted. Hope they will make a second season. All in all a 7/10. Great voice acting and really funny. |

| It was all right. I'll watch any bonus stuff that comes out on the DVDs. Personally, I was glad it was only 3 minutes. I don't' think I could have handled 24 minutes of this. |

| Tomoya has a fever.. Ichika calls world's number one Onee-chan, Ruri. XD In my opinion though, it's Ichika. :) Wished the episodes were a bit longer though.. |

| Tomoya get's sick, Ichika get's sick, well that's about as standard as you can get. It's a shame episode 1 was the high point of this show but it said continued in the DVD/BD, and I will probably watch them as well... T'is an ok anime, that's about it. |

| Harmless, cute, and at three minutes on a day without too many other releases it wasn't a bad quick watch. I'd like to see a bit more, particularly of the side characters and their stories so I may watch the BD extra episodes. |

| Nothing special. At least it was short. What is important though, is that all series of this genre accomplish nothing more, but are 5 times longer. They should either start creating something interesting, or make them all this short. 4/10 |

| Ichika the nurse, gets sick lol. I would have liked to see her in a nurse outfit and taking care of Tomo-kun. 7/10 in my book. For a short anime it served it's purpose of a 3 min comedy. |

| It's already over it went by fast as always with these type of anime i would have loved to see more but guess i got to live with not seeing more. Maybe there will be a second season at some point but we will see in time i guess. |

| 5/5 At the end of that fool Tomo-chan, he understands what it means to have a big sister, although she is far from perfect. Plot that runs quite well even though the courts, but sin that a little hard. Drawings not bad, the character of Ichika will remain in my mind for the funny character design! XD Final vote of 6.5 / 10! |

| Haha Ichika nursed Tomoya till she became sick. At least Tomoya made that the cake for Ichika (I think) How sweet... literally. Overall I liked this series and I think 3mins per ep was just nice. Loved seeing their sibling relationship improve as the show goes on. |

| I wasn't too fond of the animation, but it was still a mildly pleasant watch. I didn't like how antagonistic the MC was towards his step-sister, though... somewhat mean. I loved the half-Russian otaku guy, though. :3 I thought that was pretty creative. Anyways, it gets a 4 from me. Gave me a smile sometimes, but not much else. |
