| Yugana sat on her 'throne' and took a calm sip of tea. A young woman approached her and bowed. "Miss, you asked me for information regarding the surrounding gangs." The woman commented and paused before continuing. "There is not much to report. Though, there is something that may pose a threat to us." She reported. Yugana stared down at her with narrowed eyes. "Which would be?" She questioned authoritatively. "A rising gang. The Red Bullets. It appears to still be in the process of forming, though it is gaining power quite quickly." The woman replied. Yugana paused for a few moments. "Keep watch on these 'Red Bullets'. If they become a threat, then I will decide what to do with them." |

| Gin knocks on the door to the base. Feeling watched he remains calm. |

| The woman nodded and was about to make a call to some of the lower gang members when she heard the knock. The woman approached the door and opened it slightly. "Who are you? What business do you have with Miss Kageka?" She questioned sternly. She was obviously some type of secretary or something of the sort. |

| "Im the new initiate of the Red Bullets I've come on behalf of Thomas our leader. I wish to speak to your leader about a possible alliance. May I enter?" Gin subtly puts his foot through the door. |

| "Miss Kageka has no intention of-" The woman's voice was interrupted by another's. "Allow him. And continue with your previous orders." The woman with no hesitation nodded, bowed to her, and walked around the man. "Hurry up and close the door." Yugana commanded. "It's cold." She further added. |

| Gin straightens his poster and bows his head. "Greetings Miss Kageka, I am Gin of the Red bullets its a pleasure to meet you in person." |

| "I said to close the door." Yugana repeated, slightly more annoyed. "What is it that you want exactly?" She questioned almost immediately after. |

| "my apologies mam" Gin turns and closed the door, while turned around had a hateful glare in his eye. Gin turned back around and continued to speak. "The Reaper gang has quite a title on its shoulders and I would like to alleviate some of that burden. As you may know the Red Bullets is a quickly rising gang. We have a small amount of territory, and are looking to colonize as it were. I would like to ask a proposition. We would like an alliance to move freely through your territory, and in the process help with any conflicts in it. Such as an enemy gang were to attack. AS well as some other agreements. Though don't take my words for my leaders, if you were to be interested i wish for you to talk to Thomas personally." Gin remains silent after his speech waiting for a good answer. |

| "Have you made any enemies yourselves?" Yugana questioned as she took another sip of her tea. It wasn't illogical that a gang trying to reach the 'big time' as it were attempt to ally itself with an already secure gang. Especially if they drew unwanted attention from any other gang with more power. "Though the lack of alliances was due to the former head's arrogance. I am not going to jump into something with not enough information. Though, I am not completely against allies." |

| "Thank you for considering mam, and as for your question. No, we don't have any enemies currently. Though being a new gang we are weaker than others and are more likely targets." |

| "Very well. How may I contact your superior to organize a meeting date?" Yugana questioned calmly. She did at least want to hear what this new gang had to say. Though she didn't think them any higher that most of the other 'trash' that littered the city. |

| Gin was about to speak when he realized he didn't have Thomas'es phone #, nor even know his last name. Gin with a worried look on his face. quickly went back to his calm self and responded with "I will tell my leader of your possible interest and arrange a meeting time for both of you. I will be back soon thank you mam. I will take my leave now." Gin walked out the door and headed back to base. |

| Yugana noted the worried expression and remained silent as Gin spoke and took his leave. She sighed, guessing almost exactly what had caused him to panic for a short moment. "Men are such idiots." She said with a sigh, with a strange mixture of annoyance and amusement. |

| "Enter." Yugana spoke calmly as she took a sip of her tea, waiting for the visitor to step inside. |

| "The young gang, yes." Yugana mused. "Close the door." She commanded in the same way she first told Gin, then continued. "Why should I ally with you?" |

| He closed the door and said "I am more use to you as an ally than am enemy." |

| "How exactly? Your exploits are only a few meager territorial gains. How would you be valuable or even a threat?" Yugana questioned arrogantly. She was obviously looking down on them, but it was a serious question. She wanted to know how they would be useful or dangerous. |

| "let me put it to you like this. I know all about you and your rise to power. Not to mention I know about your family. Including the one you care most about I specialize in information gathering." |

| Gin keeps looking up and continues to say nothing and stays by Thomas'es side. |

| Yugana narrowed her eyes at the mention of her family. "Was that a boast or a threat?" She questioned, obviously annoyed. She wanted her remaining family to stay out of this life, which was her reason for changing her name from Kanzaki to Kageka. |

| "neither. Just a simple show of skill. I am no threat to him. I do not believe in going after civilian s.." He smiled as he kept his hands in his picket. |

| Gin puts his hand on his hip, so he will be able to draw his blade quickly. |

| "Just because words come out of one's mouth does not make them true." Yugana stated coldly. "And you should also know that information is a very dangerous thing to possess. And I warn you now if you so much as glance in 'his' general direction, I will maim you." She warned him. Not having to pay for an information broker every time they needed something would be an asset, but she still didn't like how he knew about her. |

| "I never planned on it. I am aware that this information is volitle however that is why I'm currently the only one who knows it and why I am not saying names." He didn't seemed fazed by the threat. |

| "Have you spoken with any other about treaties or something of the sort?" Yugana inquired, closing her eyes and sipping her tea to calm herself. The subject of her family was quite a sore one. |

| Yugana stared at them both, supposedly analyzing them. "Nero. What is your opinion?" She called out to seemingly no one, but she knew that Nero could hear them. |

| I was quiet as I thought "Hmmmm........ my opinion? I would say there a Liability not an asset, plus putting down information about your past that you don't want know is like blackmailing to me, though how about this if they prove them self useful then they could be considered one" I said as I came down to the lowest rafter that was about 10 feet above her throne with my hood on and scythe in hand |

| "Hm..." Yugana thought on his words before letting an arrogant smile grace her lips. "I like that idea. Prove that you would be a valuable ally rather than a possible threat with need for elimination." She repeated. "First, I would like to know that you aren't a lot of weaklings that I will need to constantly look over my shoulder for. One of you will face Nero. Hand to hand combat. I'll leave the choice of who up to you." She told told Thomas. This was not just a test but a way to analyze them further. It was possible to tell much of a person based on their choices and how they fought. "Don't fight to kill. Just see what they're capable of." Yugana told Nero quietly. |
