| At the upper end of the staircases, Kazumi was laying flat on her back unconscious while her violin was on one of the stair steps. Getting kidnapped and returned by ghosts like this wasn't the first time for her, it happened a few times in the past too. |

| Kagekira stood in the air, looking down at the unconscious girl. "Weak brat. Allowing the spirits to use her as their toy. How pitiful." He narrowed his eyes at her. "This place is full of pitiful fools." He let out an annoyed sigh as he looked back at the unconscious girl. "I wonder... Is this brat capable of noticing me?" He questioned himself as another shadow wrapped itself around her body and held her up to his level. |

| Kazumi slowly opened her eyes, and her body felt a bit sluggish. "Oh... I am back already." She lightly chuckled. When she finally noticed that she's floating in midair, her eyes slightly widened and she blinked a few times. "Those spirits sure like to play plenty of pranks on me" she tried moving her arms and legs, but she was still floating. Kazumi was unusually calm, very calm. |

| "Spirits? I guess this brat really can't see me." Kagekira spoke to himself, continuing to scowl. "Maybe she'll be one of those that gains the awareness after being exposed for a while." He mused in an annoyed tone. When he saw how calm she was he gained a tick mark on his forehead. "It pisses me off how damn nonchalant she is... I'm a fuckin' demon!" He growled out. "You know I can kill you, right brat?!" He questioned as if she could actually answer. The shadows around her tightened there grip on her body as a result of his annoyance. |

| "Agh.." Kazumi lowly groans as the shadows tighten "They're quite...violent..today..aren't they?" She barely spoke out. Kazumi didn't seem to be panicking, but she does look pained and affected. |

| The fact that she continued to remain calm annoyed him more. Kagekira growled once more before glancing at a wall near them. A small shadow surrounded one of his fingers and he began to write, or rather carve, a message into it. He could have written an actual sentence but was much to lazy and merely wrote "Why calm?" |

| "Panicking and screaming....probably won't save me" Kazumi replied after she noticed the message while struggling. However, she was surprised. It was quite rare for spirits and such to actually communicate with her like that. "Are you going to kill me?" She straightly asked him. |

| Kagekira kept his scowl and narrowed his eyes more at the girl who showed not the slightest sign of fear. He growled and wrote another word on the wall. "Possible" To tell her that he did have the ability to. He was determined in getting some kind of reaction out of her. |

| Kazumi remained silent for moment, she then finally replied to him with what seemed to be like a sad smile. "So tell me," she looked over at the wall. "are you going to torture me first or are you going to kill me immediately?" She asked. "Well, to be honest I don't want to die yet. But if you're so determined to kill me, it can't be helped then." |

| Kagekira paused for a moment seeing her change in expression. Usually if he terrified someone they'd show fear. Even if he made it seem like he would kill them and they accepted it, they would show some of fear. However this girl just gave a saddened smile. "Scared?" He wrote once more. |
