It's too similar to Hataraku imo yet I don't think I'll like this as much. Also seems like there'll be much more fanservice here. Only 10 episodes total? Putting this on-hold for now. |

| as most people already mentioned - this reminds me so, so, so much of hataraku maou-sama. the mc, the setting, the humor, everything. i hope i'll enjoy blood lad as much as i enjoyed hataraku maou-sama. at first i thought blood lad would be pretty dark, but after the preview i wasn't so sure about it anymore and right now it seems like it'll definitely contain a good amount of humor? this might get entertaining. |

What I'm asking is, how is this another Hataraku, shouldn't it be the other way around? If I'm not mistaken, the Blood Lad manga was created before the Hataraku novel. But in terms of anime adaptions, sure Hataraku was adapted first. |

| I enjoyed this first episode! Lol at the OP and I guess the ED's fine. Staz the Vampire is pretty cool. Fuyumi Yanagi the Ghost (Ex-Human) is pretty cute. Deku and Saty were alright. Poor Yamada! Dem references! Dragon Ball, Final Fantasy, and others! |

| this is just like hataraku maou-sama.. its pretty hilarious. but the comedy was kinda bit too cheesy. this episode did not made me rofl ( idk haha ) but im expecting to the next episodes to improve and yeah :) |
| Not bad, but I was kind of expecting more, there was a little bit of hype around this series. I sure do like to hear Maou Sadao's voice again xD Deku is such a respectable person demon. |

| I haven't read the manga but the anime seems pretty good. I like the humour it has and Fuyumi is so cute acting all shy :P But i'm surprised that there only gonna be 10 episodes o.o |

| My more-than-a-yearlong wait is over. The adaptation is now a reality. Even though I've seen these scenes before, I can't help but laugh at some of the jokes again. I haven't noticed any major deviations so far, so that's good. I like the OP as well. Judging from the OP visuals, the adaptation might be intended to go far in, and perhaps even surpass the current scans at 35 chapters and 8 volumes... (I recognize almost all the scenes in the OP) but the low total of 10 episodes are a huge concern here. It's either they stop and plan a sequel before all preview scenes of the OP visuals are accounted for, or they rush through content... which is definitely not what I (or we) want. |
