Sorry but he really doesn't fit, like 85% of his pics (mal gallery/MT/wikia's page..) show him with both eyes quite clearly, his fringe despite being long is openly splitted and shows the eye not "slightly and partly" but whole and fully :/

Note: by the first time i had already ask a second staff opinion before the reject, but this time too i've asked another extra one, actually the result has been the same as before :/ is not really hard to find pics of him showing both eyes.. you just need to keep on watching the same above linked chapters 1/2/3/4/5/6...
Also his wikia page shows him with a very majority pics showing both eyes..
