| Revolutionary Girl Utena. Sure it had flaws such as repeating animation and repetitive battle structure. But this take on the "prince charming" fairy tale, can a girl be a "prince", miracles, and many other things that just can't be understood in one watch makes this one of the most memorable anime I've seen. In short, it makes me GLAD to be an anime fan. |

| The only thing I've given a ten to was Legend of the Galactic Heroes, and the 10's are a really useful indicator in the lists. If I look at someone's list and they've loads of 10's and likely few if any marked below 5, I instantly know that here is someone with no discerning taste and can totally ignore their list rankings. |

| Second season of Kaiji. It's actually better than the original, which was impressive in its own right. Also, depending on how it goes, I'm tempted to give both Steins;Gate and Mawaru Penguindrum 10s. They're both damn good so far. Considering I have Bokurano, Legend of the Galactic Heroes and Revolutionary Girl Utena to watch in the near future, I can see myself giving out quite a few. |
