| Such a cute episode, Serena is obviously in love with ash :) 10/10 |
| >Pokemon >expecting any romance >at all ISHYGDDT. Besides, childhood friends almost never win. And all Ash has in his mind is Pokemon. That said, it is kind of refreshing. And it does seem like it's going to be pushed a lot here and be more upfront than the subtle and almost nonexistent hints in the past seasons that fuel every single Pokemon ship around. Well whatever. Serena was cute when she winked after giving those cookies. And lots of blushing as well. Was expecting more from the race but ehh. At least Fennekin did an attack. Good episode I guess. |

| Oh boy, I wonder what Rhyhorn was thinking with Ash's countless failed attempts to get on it's back. "When is this trainer going to get on, I'm getting bored here" Pretty good episode, Ash finally remembered Serena which is good. I guess Serena seems to be the cook in this series seeing as how she backed cookies, and Ash blushing as well as Serena in the end was cute. Seems to me like we'll get to see romance in Pokemon, which is a new refreshing concept. Ash's shouldn't have a problem riding Pokemon, seeing as how he's ridden Pidgeot and Charizard before, two big Pokemon. Rhyhorn is much closer to the ground, and has a flat back unlike the Flying types, that Ash has ridden. |

| So much cute shippy hints in this episode especially Serena's blushing toward Ash. I also love the music when young Ash helped Serena up, it has a strong romantic vibe to it. |

| Funny episode with loads of stuff for the shippers in our midst lol But seriously, how hard can it be to get on a STATIONARY Rhyhorn >.> Come on Ash, focus your Ponyta-racer You!! Also missed chance for Serena to show off a bit, this was her so called specialty. Btw Team rocket their speech sequence just keeps on getting better and better looking, how far can it go =O Even there plan this episode was amazing, they really would have made it if not for plot convenience, serious Citron getting there faster then Serena and Eureka... sure... lets go with that bah. |

| The ship blasted off at the speed of light with this episode. The Pokemon-related forums have been rampant with new shippers everyday. I loved every single Serena-blush moments till now but this episode took the cake. It really did...XD |

| I also get the feeling it won't amount to more than a crush/one-sided thing. He thinks too much about winning and his Pokemon. Also, there wasn't a very strong romance theme in the game. It was too mild. It is doubtful that they will go beyond such mild portrayals here in the anime. Also, that old question whether Ash has always been 10 thoroughout all the series. Oh I also love how they used the Snowbelle and Laverre City themes in this episode, which are among the most beautiful themes in the XY soundtrack. |
| Aww. That flashback. Even just for a moment, Serena was hugging Ash! All aboard on this ship! And the holding hands in the end. Serena is in love! I wonder if they will be able to keep up the subtle romance parts or will just be disregarded afterwards... which hopefully won't happen. |

| It's a bit early to be sure about the romance genre, and I personally don't think anything serious will happen anyway. Don't forget they are only 10 years old kids and as it have already been pointed out more than once, Ash/Satoshi is reather clueless when it comes to things like this. |

| Things was so different.. I just made a choice to try this series after i finished watching kanto region season. (Yes i've already watched gen1-5) . Because i want to rewatch again everything from gen 1-6, i have to delay watching another eps of xy..... But ash and serena relationship is kinda interesting. I'm waiting for some good news here... |

| Cool race, never thought Ryhorn were cute though lol. I guess they are when they like you though lol. I liked Serena teaching Ash how to do it and her race outfit was almost as cute as her normal one! :3 Yeah, Serena obviously loves Ash, at least he sorta remembers her. |

| Wow.. so Ash actually did remember her in the end.. I expect him to remember Serena but not this fast, but i guess it's great for the development to both characters and just from this episode we already have some great relationship development between Ash and Serena (Pretty obvious that Serena like Ash >.>) As for the rest of episode, we got a ryhorn race.. i guess this is the 2nd time ash attend the pokemon racing competition (the 1st one is with the ponyta back in kanto region) but it's seems that ash like a complete amateur when try to ride the ryhorn.. maybe the trick is different with that of ponyta.. it's good to see Serena taught him about ryhorn racing and in the end of episode she even made some cookies for the crew, what a nice girl :3 Overall yet another great episode.. looking forward to see the next ones.. 5/5 |

| ash is so clueless. serena is giving him a gift as a love, herm, gratitude, blushing all the way, and he's kinda like "yeah i'm ash, i like goofing" xD good episode developing serena, so far best girl-partner after iris. |
