Is This Movie Any Good?

I found out about it really, really recently and I thought it looked really cool. Plus I saw that it was by Osamu Tezuka which seems to make it look even better.
So, is it something worth watching? What do you think of it?

I'm gonna be Captain Obvious here and say that you should watch it if you're interested in it. I mean, if it sucks, you'd have only wasted 90 minutes of your life. So what do you have to lose?

Good point. I recently found out it was available for watching online legally, I believe, which I suppose means I should just get on watching it soon.
