Hey - I'm looking for messed up anime with gore scenes and lot's of death.
I really enjoyed these: Gantz, Death Note, Devilman: Crybaby, Shiki, Elfen Lied and Made in Abyss.
If it's a game or something like Gantz it's a bonus.
