| "Why do some VAs resemble their characters?" 1. The authors of the anime wanted to reference them working on the project. 2. Some characters in the source can be written with specific VAs in mind. Detective Conan has examples of both. |

| Some people have pointed out that both the Japanese and English voice actors of Tenya Iida, Kaito Ishikawa and J. Michael Tatum respectively, resemble him pretty closely. Although Ishikawa resembles him much more when he's wearing glasses and Tatum resembled him much more before his hair migrated from his head to his chin. |
