| I didn’t like where this one went, it had a good setup but once the girls decided to stop and listen to the conversation they were hearing after they made the smart move to leave, it kinda lost me lol, and their screams at the end should’ve been more visceral imo. Still tho, I did like the beginning of this one and the art style was nice so it had that going at least. And we got one more episode left, I’d say overall it was a pretty good season, but I haven’t seen all the previous ones yet (have only seen up to Season 5) and I’d say this one probably only beats Season 4 for me as of rn. Oh well, it was still a fun bit of horror to end my Sundays on right alongside Dark Gathering. |

| Alright. I liked the atmosphere and our two girls-- they seem to be genuinely good friends and I'd actually love to see more of them. I like how they were smart enough to want to "nope" out of there and want to stick together. Like they made a pretty good decision to want to stay somewhere instead of trying to drive it out in the rain-- which honestly driving it out in the rain and just playing it safe is something I've done a few times and don't recommend-- in most cases though it was raining so hard that waiting it out on the side of the road was probably more dangerous since someone would probably have hit me. You couldn't see anything but the car in front of you on a narrow, one lane road. So good on them for choosing to stop and play it safe and stop-- though they were also in a dangerous one-lane (at least they could have driven into the grass though whereas for me, only raised dirt surrounded the road, so I couldn't even park off road). That they saw an inn was even better. I don't think their decision to check out that inn was bad at all. It looks like they're trying to use the girls to be their new "toys"/vessels so they can go back to how they were, but hopefully they were able to get out in time. I believe it at least. |

| This one was kinda lame. Only two things I liked was how smart Riho & her friend was to try and nope out of the situation immediately, not that they stuck to their gumption (I understand the paralyzed by fear thing, but they probably shouldn't have stopped & eavesdropped in to begin with), and I think the different perspectives on the "silver lining" thing was cute. And yeah, as mentioned the screams at the end were pretty weak for how horrifying the situation must've been for them. |
