 Welcome to the round up of 2021! First of all, I want to thank all of you for being a part of this club. Even though it was mostly inactive. Thank you for staying by our side! Second, I decided to make a last forum post for this year! The plan is to share all of our favorites that we read/watched this year. (Or even share your best moments of this year!) This way we'll learn more about eachother and maybe even find hidden gems we overlooked! I will be starting first. (´｡ • ω • ｡`) This year, my life changed a lot. I went from unemployed to a beloved employee at the company I was dreaming to work at! I love the community we have built, even having weekly movienights and some game nights! But due to all of that, I didn't have a WHOLE lot of time to watch anime or read manga. Even my hours in Animal Crossing didn't get much higher. I appreciate what I have though, as I feel incredibly happy now! This year, I enjoyed quite a variety of anime! Here are some I want to share with you!       These are my 6 picks from what I've watched this year! For my manga, I read quite a bit this year! Since it's easier to read 3 chapters of a manga instead of watching an anime episode. | Greetings! 2021 has been a great year for me. I discovered a lot of new things, especially in anime. This year, I decided to be more active on mal to show my extrovert side, I completed over 200 anime this year, and met a lot of awesome people. I also had obtained my first Nesoberi which I've been wanting to buy for years now. (＾▽＾) These are the shows that had a special place in my heart this year ～('▽^人)  (This year I also have grown fonder of anime idols, magical girls, & iyashikei anime) I haven't read any mentionable manga/manhwa/webtoon besides Tower of God (๑♡⌓♡๑) Wishing you all another great year with beautiful moments, treasured memories, and happiness! | Hi folks! This is my first time posting on this Forum. I liked the idea of the post and decided to join (plus, I feel a lot of anxiety talking to people online, so this is also a way for me to make an effort and try to interact more :V). Just as a small background, I first started watching anime and reading manga in 2020 and truly fell in love with it. Since I just started, my list might only contain some very well known titles, but they were the ones I thought impacted me the most. If, for some reason, anyone decides they want to see what other things I've watched, feel more than welcome to visit my profile. OwO In 2021, nothing really major happened to me, but it was the year where I learned most of the basics of Japanese, something I'm doing on my own and am very proud of. I already feel like I can understand what the characters in anime are saying sometimes and I still feel very excited to continue learning. Without further ado, here's a small list of anime that made me fall in love with this kind of media (there were others that may have influenced me more, but I tried to at least stay in the topic of the group):       The manga I've read are pretty much only the ones I've watched the anime first, so the list wouldn't be too different. So I think that's it! If anyone wants to discuss my list or suggest similar animes for me to watch I'd be more than thrilled, feel free to talk to me at any time ^^ |
