I am pretty sure, that no one ever would find this topic, because nobody interested in art. But the question is - does it exist? In any form whatsoever. I've been digging for this movie for quite a long, and the only thing that I've found was 7 minute pilot of it, but no signs of full version. If by any chance you know something about it, pretty please, post any info here.

Well, basically, I've talked with Hiroshi Harada on his youtube channel, and he said, that the movie does exists only on 8mm, and for now there is no other way to watch it, unless you will visit him personaly...in Japan. BUT, he also said, that he will try to convert it into digital form before he dies. So, all of this is kinda vaguely, but let's just hope.

Just in case, if you need that pilot version and those "confirmation" comments for it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwyS2VUrYWE It looks like the second part of this video is an excerpt of it. Only about 15 seconds of footage, but still cool.
This is not your grave...
But you are welcome in it :3

Hello! I found more footage (well it's a re-shot), of the film! Harada's production company,  kiryukan.hariko.com, , uploaded a re-shot footage back in 2020 from a now deleted-YouTube video of the film that is in the Internet Archive :))

Youtube Channel: Kiyubaruきゆばる : Kiyubaruきゆばる : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet Archive
YouTube Link: https://youtu.be/46SFch42QbE
Twitter Thread with more stills of the film:  Kiyubaru きゆばる on Twitter: "1981年「限りなき楽園」の背景。今見ると 全編政治的なアニメですが、当時の邦画界ではごくあたりまえの表現でした。 *再撮影による再現動画(42秒) https://t.co/oo9v4l4U78 #Kagirinaki_Rakuen #Limitless_Paradise #Eternal_Paradise https://t.co/Ly63WgHRQC" / Twitter
All right goes to Kiroikan and Hiroshi Harada.

Hiroshi Harada's production company finally released the full version of the movie, all 40 minutes:

Honestly this is one of the most impressive high school anime works I've ever seen. A combination of animated and live-action techniques, a socially relevant plot, nice music choices where they are present, and a very impressively animated (especially for a student work) ending, wow. I wish I could understand the dialogue, but I think it was about school bullying, violence (from teachers and peers alike), student protests, anti-militarism, and maybe some more. Among inserted live-action moments were various article clippings, Yukio Mishima, attack on Inejiro Asanuma (?), and some student protests, among other things. Looking forward to eventually seeing Harada's recent movie Horizon Blue, and sometime in the future Zashikiro (praying that he can actually finish it by 2030)

Thanks for the heads up and yes I have to agree this is a really impressive film, did not really know what to expect going into the film, but the presentation and many of the themes presented in the film quickly established that this isnt your average film.  Definitely resonates a viewpoint coming from a perspective of a student, expectation vs reality, an illusion of a paradise contrasting with the reality of the struggle.
