Synapse is the "New Continent" that Sugata had been searching for and found out that it's connected to Tomoki's dream. The only way for them to enter Synapse is through the Dive Game. In his findings, Sugata finds that some people on earth are not "real", but in fact are just angels dreaming and that it is where the Angeloids had been developed. The Synapse first appears as a grassy field through Tomoki's dreams. However, later when Sugata keeps re-entering, it's revealed Synapse is divided into separate "islands", some islands are organic while others are not. Tomoki, Sohara, Sugata, and Mikako visited an island with a single large structure that had writings on it (as seen on the picture). It is rumored that these are the rules that all residents of Synapse must follow, however, there aren't enough details to confirm this. |
| Aoi: uses her dive game powers to enter synapse and arrive at the Master Of Synapse's house "home sweet home" she says in disgust as she opens the door Master: Aoi: "I'm done with your stupid games old man, just tell me what you know about the gate and then i'll be outta here, and don't think you can lay a finger on me again without getting it chopped off." Master: grins menacingly "My my feeling brave are we, or have you completely forgotten that my powers far exceed your own?" he throws a couple blades her way with an angry flick of his wrist Aoi: she dodges a few of them but one cuts her cheek and the other one is buried in her shoulder "I'll never forget nor will I forgive, but your not my master any more and I am no longer chained to your disgusting ideals and merciless ways. I have no problem with removing your twisted head from your useless body, so if you'll kindly give me the information i'm looking for i'll leave without killing you." Master: "I'm not going to acknowledge a threat from someone as insignificantly small as you, but I will tell you that you already know all there is to know about the portal, and I think it laughable that you would come here and try to trick me into telling you just how much I know. I know that you have the portal... but don't worry I wont take it from you, Synapse is my paradise and I have no need for a useless planet like Earth, full of stupid humans. I suggest you leave now before I change my mind and kill you." Aoi: her eyes widen with shock as she absorbs his words, then she turns and runs out of the house and to the edge of the island using the dive game to get back to Earth and Kyo's house. |
