| Realistically, shoving any personal opinions aside, I think Cherry Magic might actually have a good chance of getting a second season. Unlike a lot of other manga-to-anime adaptations, Cherry Magic not only had that, but also 1) the Japanese drama adaptation, 2) the film sequel, 3) the Thai drama adaptation. The series is doing well overall, and in other countries, too. Money talks, as they say, so I think there's a good chance we'll get to see another season. |

| Absolute trash gets a 2nd season, so... you never know. It definitely helps if the budget is on the lower end to begin with. |

| I was so excited when i saw MAL adding a movie entry for this, but after checking the twitter for it it seems its just the tv series in movie format. I don't get this trend of making series into a movie less than half the length x'D You're losing so many scenes. And in the few cases they're adding scenes we're losing even more scenes from the original.
