Please can someone tell me, is this Series has a Romance scene or a ship among the character, i didn't see it in the Genre but i see it in some Anime scenes on Instagram

It’s about music.
That’s the core of the story.
There’s a sidequest about a side character having a crush on Sawa (The girl voiced by Hayami Saori) but that’s it. Completely one-sided.
So if you want to watch this for the Romance aspect then you will be dissatisfied. If you watch it for SoL or Music is nice though.

knowing that romanticism it is not a plot point on this anime, but it can feel in the air.

I’m not sure if Taichi is a side character, at least is at the same Level to Sawa. It is not concluyent that is a one side feeling either, based on several gestures of Sawa toward Taichi. Check the link in my answer.

In anime there was no romance interaction between of them but Taichi later has feelings for Sawa

And there was a novel of Tari Tari after the events of Anime that.... Taichi and Sawa ended up together
