if I remember right the ending scene was her hand and Tsukasa’s hand post factory reset. Call it 1 sided love after the factory reset

Actually I thought the same but I doubted as her face wasn't shown.

there is no point in showing a random hand if its not a semi important or important character so I would think its safe to assume it’s their hands

It’s basically an open ending. She probably lost all of her memories and is working at the same place. The grandma and the daughter was kind of like a foreshadowing.

she was most likely wiped and now she’s a new griftia. Especially when we see the end and a new griftia (or tsukasa’s new partner) is shown and looks very similar to what isla looked like and what she wore
