| Married on a ring suspended in space through which a red string of fate (literally) connects Earth to Moon !! Gotta say the aesthetics ,the music ,the dresses especially that wedding dress gave the show a surreal atmospheric presence. And can i say about the OP ,it's so soothing and gave a nostalgic feel for a mystic land which is forsaken. The show is somewhat unique ,in a way that it uses run off the mill plot but isn't hampered because of it.The answer lies in its execution.It doesn't flow in a streamline cliche or shies away from confronting difficult questions . There's no strictly damsel in distress here nor a singular hero. Feena is shy,insecure and scared at times but nevertheless stands tall for her citizens and her love when the situation demands it. Tatsuya isn't a shonen dumbo or a shoujo hunk .He is just a normal guy making steps to become closer to the girl he loves culminating in him proven worthy to stand beside her. The characters supporting the duo except a few doesn't feel superfluous. If the big beam of alien light at the end were to be cut out then it would get a perfect score . 8.5/10 is still good .Pretty nice for a 12epi show |
