lots of blood behind them, on the wall for Saazbaum, on Inaho for Seylum

so they looked to me like they were almost all through-and-through, mostly through the lungs; no gut shots.

Which leaves one Seylum shot that activates her helmet - has it been clearly shown that was a head shot? Just looking for info here
