At long last, Funimation have provided a final confirmation of the exact date of the Attack on Titan Season 2 premiere.

April 1st. That's only 2 months away!

Fans of the epic opening theme songs Guren no Yumiya and Jiyuu no Tsubasa by Linked Horizon (really, who wasn't a fan though) also have something else to look forward to. The same band has once again been commissioned to produce the new OP song for the second season (as reported by AnimeAnime).
