A few things to remember if you decide to apply:- as always, it seems people need to be reminded every time, but I will repeat it again: We value quality over quantity. If you can't spend enough of your precious time to make a decent looking graphic, then I'm afraid, we're not your team. - be conscious of the fact that, yes, people will ask for changes/adjustments on their graphic if they happen to not like certain things. Don't be rude or whiny about it. Everyone here was at some point asked to change things in their finished graphics, you are not the first nor the last one. - be humble. Yes, you heard that right. Do not expect anyone to kiss the floor you walk on or sing you praises about what you do. If someone criticizes your work, then it usually means that you have a lot to work on. Direct your emotions towards improving your mental and graphic skills. |

ANNOUNCEMENT hello to all of our members. we are very excited to announce that the club will be coming out of hiatus and re-opening very soon! thank you to everyone who has been waiting patiently for the club's return and we are glad to be back. HOWEVER, before we start opening requests again, we wanted to first open recruitment since most of our staff are still busy with irl priorities. please head over to our recruitment thread if you are interested in working with us. also, we will be doing limited openings/slots for requests heading into the future to prevent our staff from getting overwhelmed with the amount of requests that can pile up. we are discussing specifically what we want to do and will update the rules once we decide. anyways, that's all from me; thanks for reading! |
