@ throwthedisc True that. But I wish they would record as awesome music as the manga makes it out to be. Most of the stuff just sounds mediocre at best when put in to actual sound. |

I would classify it has experimental metal, but I think they didn't make it Death metal because in japan death metal isn't that popular and it could drive people away, so they had to make it metal but up to a point that the general public would like, it was kind of a downer hearing the ost, whilst reading the manga I have always imagined it would sound something like Necrophagist or The faceless or maybe something like Death, Morbid Angel or Obituary, but I still enjoy the OST. |

I agree, the music is definitely not death metal. For one thing, no death metal band I know of uses clean vocals, and the attempted growls are weak. The instrumentals at best sound like maybe some commercial melodeath or something. |
